We have been fortunate to stay at the Mariposa twice. eleven years ago when our family was. Little smaller and now much larger, celebrating our 50th anniv. With our children, grandchildren. Friends that live in Market Commons only minutes away celebrated with us as well. Eleven years later the house was still meticulous and charming. Pam, who I believe may be the owner surprised us with 50th Anniversary 7 layer cake, delish. She is adorable. Professional, courteous as we’re booking with them, staff coming for pool cleaning etc. great house, great owners, great people, beautiful porch with so many rocking chairs that would delight even the grumpiest of people. We had a wonderful vacation experience. We had stayed in this condo before, so it was not a surprise to us to find everything in the condo in great shape, as well as the outside facilities such as the hot tub, pool etc.

Condo complex was in a very convenient and in nice area. The pool and beach were an exceptional treat as they were directly beside each other. The condo unit itself was clean, efficient, maintained, and nicely decorate. My only wish was that we would have been a bit closer to the elevator with 3 children.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We liked the set up of the house with it having a bathroom belonging to each bedroom and a large common area. The only negatives to keep me from doing five stars was that we saw bugs that looked like they were roaches approximately once a day. I wouldn’t say the problem is bad but I think the house has a minor bug issue. Also, the dryer and stove worked slowly. Overall, we loved the house and will consider staying again in the future.

Our week was great. The condo was very clean. Only issue was that the king sized bed was not very comfortable. Definitely would recommend The Conch Cafe which is within walking distance of this property.

My experience with Drew McElveen and Garden City Realty was wonderful. I had a situation due to my reservation and COVID-19. Drew was very understanding. He explained the contracts between the owner of the condo and the agreement with the renter. It helped me understand the reasons for adhering to contracts with both parties. He did a great job of bringing our situation to a conclusion suitable for everyone.

Overall our stay was fine. This was our 2nd time renting this condo. The space is clean and cozy but the mattresses could be updated. They are not comfortable. Also the carpet needs to be cleaned. The security code situation gets quite annoying, especially if you have your hands full. That could be a little easier
