A wonderful family experience. Fishing was phenomenal! Location was perfect for us. Not being on the main road made everything much more relaxing. The floors were a bit dirty, but not bad enough to complain. The maintenance man’s (Buddy) side comment was offensive to my wife and I, but again that’s not Garden city’s fault. Overall, we loved our vacation home and are booking it again as soon as possible if that tells you anything!

311 was great clean, beautiful views. The updated mattress and carpeting was nice as well. The only suggestion is that the living room furniture could use updating. Had a great 3 months will be back next year.

Enjoyed our stay at Compass Rose 12. Being on the first floor was very convenient to coming in from the pool or beach and just storing our chairs on the screened in porch. Condo was nicely decorated and the king and queen beds were both comfortable. Did not use the the twin beds. Coffee pot didn’t work but was delivered a new one that morning. Already booked again for next year.

This house was perfect for our multi family stay. House has a great flow, large rooms and beautiful pool. Located across the street from the beach and beach access. Kitchen was well equipped. Large family room with plenty of seating. Perfect porches with comfortable sitting on the front and back. Wine/drink fridge and ice maker were nice additions. Some of the beds could use new mattresses, otherwise we loved our stay.

Overall very satisfied with stay. 11 golfers ages 35-75. A few small issues came up. Elevator never did work. Called for service never fixed. Needed more toilet paper per bathroom. Didn’t call on that but we were close to running out. Followed departure rules and ran dish washer. Dish washer needs to be cleaned. The good stuff. The location was great. The house was clean. Plenty of room for a large group. The decks on all (3) floors were good. The pool area was very nice. Plenty of parking. We will definitely use again with the same size group.
