Reel ‘Em Inn was an awesome house on the beach. There was plenty of room inside and plenty of parking. The house was absolutely beautiful inside. My 2 grandsons ages 5 and 3 1/2 loved the upstairs where they could see everything along the ocean front. The lounging and table area upstairs was great to hang out and have our own ocean front lounge and eatery ����. We all loved the porches on the ocean side.

We had a great short visit, first time in Garden City Beach. Beautiful views, and the condo is very convenient to shopping when needed. (Having the elevator is wonderful.)

Waccamaw Exchange is a very lovely home, far enough from the pier and arcade to avoid the noise in the summer, but close enough to walk down there and enjoy beautiful downtown Garden City. Take a short walk to the beach or enjoy the creek from the screened back porch or dock. Very tastefully decorated with all the necessities and ample seating. I have been vacationing at Garden City my entire life and Waccamaw Exchange is at the top of the list.

Galivants Ferry
My family spent Easter weekend and spring break in Marlin Quay 204. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. We spent lots of time on the balcony, playing in the courtyard, and out on the beach. Pools were back open though it was still a little cold for swimming. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

The pictures aren't up-to-date, but there's a cushioned 4-seat dining set on the balcony, as well as an extremely comfortable u-shaped couch. If we weren't on the beach, we were on that couch. It sounds ridiculous, but having that comfort outside improved our stay. The inside is also very nice, clean and looks great. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking tools and equipment (toaster oven, waffle maker, rice cooker, etc.)

Simply perfect. The location was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle, but close enough to everything we wanted to get to. The unit was immaculate. The views were amazing. I can’t say enough about our experience.

Check to see if washer is fixed...literally jumped across the floor and my clothes were stuck in it for a day and a half. Never got fixed while we were there. Would definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Surf Master 1110. The location was excellent. The view from the balcony was great. The unit was clean and well maintained. The only problem we had was with the pin code to access the unit. We were unable to get in the unit when we arrived and then the code would change every 2 days. We had to keep calling Garden City Realty to get the new code.

We were originally scheduled to stay at Ocean Cove 305. Apparently, that building suffered hurricane damage. I found out that unit was not available when I called a week before we departed. We were re-assigned to Sea Master 308. We picked up the keys to this unit about two minutes before Garden City Realty closed. When we arrived at this unit, we found out that this unit is not handicap accessible. My Mother is confined to a wheelchair. We stayed at the Ocean Cove 305 earlier and knew it was handicap accessible, so I didn't think to inquire if the Sea Master 308 was. I called the Garden City Realty maintenance service and the gentleman on call provided us with a place to stay for that evening. The next day, Garden City Realty sent us to Water's Edge 312. This unit was ocean front and had an excellent view. The unit had a few problems, which were addressed promptly. The unit was just slightly dirty, and I assume it had not been cleaned thoroughly after the previous use. The building has a centralized air conditioning system and it was down three days while we were there. We managed to stay comfortable by opening the doors.
Overall, the unit was decent, as this was a scramble situation. Garden City Realty made every effort to help us enjoy our stay in Garden City and get this unit up to par. I would stay in this unit again. We enjoyed our visit, even though the community was cleaning up everywhere.

We've stayed at this condo in the past. It is in a great location and is beautifully decorated. However, it is showing some wear and tear and could use some updates and repairs.
