Just like home. Very nice place to stay. Walking distance to pier. Only negative thing is parking. Limited to one spot and parking under the building is very tight if you drive a large vehicle. I would stay there again.

I booked our place just a few weeks before arriving & the process was great. There were a few minor problems but the realty addressed them quickly. I will rent from Garden Realty next time I vist the area.

This is our second stay at "one Ocean Place RM 403." The layout and the room décor is absolutely stunning. Everything is in tip top shape, the furniture is fit for a king and a queen. Which makes it real nice when the weather doesn't cooperate. My wife and I spent many hours just sitting on the ottoman in front of the windows. I would recommend condo to everyone-Very well taken care of condo. Garden city realty are wonderful to deal with, our 4th adventure with them. If that tells you anything. We had an absolutely wonderful week - great weather - perfect location. Just cross the street and walk past one home and you are on a beautiful beach. The swimming pool is very nice, and having the boat dock was great. We rented a boat for 3 days asnd did a log of fishing, crabbing, and just cruising. One evening we took the boat arcoss the inlet to the Marsh Walk restaurants for dinner. After dinner the views of the sunset and moon rising were spectacular on the cruise back to our 'particular harbour,' The only real issue was sharing a very small, dated, bathroom for the two larger bedrooms.

It was a very nice vacation, we enjoyed our stay there. However there are a few things that need up dated. The showers need replacing with shower heads that can be removed and hand held. This would also help in rinsing the tub. Kitchen is very nice except for the dishwasher, several rust spots. Several of the blind slats were lying in the floor and some were broken. Other than these few things, it was a very nice place and we really enjoyed our time there.

This is a wondrerful place for a family to stay. Pool, hot tub, close to the ocean and plenty of room for everyone. The owner was very accommodating. We've stayed here 3 times & hope to again.

The Miller Villa was perfect for our large family. It wasn't too large and wasn't too small. Very charming and comfortable with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious dining table was perfect for our family dinners. Water views on both sides of the house ... one giving us a sunrise view and the other a sunset view. Perfect home away from home! We will be back!

Clean and comfortable house. Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Short walk to several restaurants and the pier. Rental company was easy to work with. Easy check in and check out. This is a house we would rent again and recommend to others.

We were glad to see the inprovements in the condo it was getting pretty bad last year you should really up date the pictures on your web site. New beds and couch and chairs and paint really made the difference this time. One thing that needs to be looked at is the locks on the main door we didn't use the bottom one because the key doesn't work very good in it. It should no have to be so tickly to unlock the door every time.

Front row ocean front property. Perfect for us snowbirds. On site Garden City Realty staff were excellent. WiFi was very inconsistent - sometimes ok, many times very slow, or WIFI connection just drops out. Seems to me they need a technology upgrade. Hot tub at night being sometimes used by non-residents and quite noisy.
Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will return next year.

We had a great stay in Surf Master 202! It was immaculate! I would definitely stay there again. The location was great. We rented beach chairs from the lifeguard for the week at a reasonable rate and didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The pool and the hot tub were clean and well maintained. When we were not on the beach or at the pool, we were in Murrells Inlet on the Marsh Walk. The food and music were fantastic. We also docked our boat at Marlin Quay Marina and fished in the inlet for a few days. We caught several fish. We also hung out at Garden City Pier and enjoyed karaoke. Sam's Corner and Garden City Pancake house were great places to eat as well.
