15 golfers came from Salt Lake City to South Myrtle Beach to golf and get a way! Surf Master was a perfect spot for us to centralize. 811 was perfect. Quiet, clean spacious. Great first year as new vacation rental owners

We would like to send a great big THANK YOU! to everyone at Garden City Realty. We are just now wrapping up our first year as new owners of a vacation rental property at the beach. Thanks to GCR it was an even more successful year than we had hoped. When we bought our property last Fall we had no prior experience in vacation rentals and no idea how even to get started. We knew we had a lot to learn and we knew we needed help. So we called you at Garden City Realty. From our very first contact and throughout the entire year, everyone at GCR has been friendly, extremely helpful, and thoroughly professional. We could not have been more satisfied. You answered our many questions, made some great suggestions, did a superb job marketing our property, and helped us be good hosts for our guests. We've learned a lot in our first year. This unit has a beautifully stocked kitchen. We do a lot of cooking and appreciate the plentiful cooking and baking pots, pans, casserole dishes, and utensils. The view is amazing and the balcony comfortable. Garden City Realty is great to work with.

Great location! The view from this first floor condo was fantastic. Off season so very quiet and peaceful. Only short distance from markets, pharmacies and many restaurants. Kitchen well stocked with anything you need to make your favorite meal.

Our rental was very nice and Garden City Realty staff was very willing to assist with any issues/concerns. The location couldn’t have been better. Our balcony overlooked the marina and my kids loved watching the boats come and go. And being across the street from the ocean wasn’t difficult since there is a public beach access/walkway right across from the property. I didn’t give 5 stars for “general condition” and “overall stay” because our air conditioner unit wasn’t working properly, however several people were sent to look and work on it and also because the water pressure wasn’t the best but again several people came out to work on it. I look toward to our trip next year at the same property!

It is very nice and clean. The only draw back is that it is expensive ($645.00 for 3 days in Jan) and being it is a condo there was no basics like toilet tissue/paper towels/ etc. Knew about the towels/sheets/ etc but was not prepared initially for those items had to make an immediate trip to the store. Have stayed at at Atalay Towers many times and the staff has always been receptive.Also have rented through Garden City and that has always been a positive experience.
