We liked the unit very well. However the steps are hard on people our age. It is a fairly stocked kitchen for those of us that like to cook while on vacation. there were crumbs in the cabinets. I doubt very seriously that the cleaning crew cleans out the cabiuntes.The only problem was the shower head in the bathroom between the 2 bedrooms needs replaced. The water barely came out enough to get rinsed off. The hot water heater went out while there but it was promptly replaced. I did leave some clothes there and they were kind enough to send them to be.

We had another great vacation at Serenity By the Sea and have already booked our trip again for next year! The pool is great for our little ones and the porches make great outdoor spaces for them as well.

We just finished our vacation at Surfmaster 613. It was absolutely wonderful. The condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in. We have stayed in the Surfmaster condos before. They are always very nice. But we needed a bigger one this year and I have to say that 613 was by far the best. It fit our group like a glove. The balcony with it's gorgeous views. The balcony furniture was so comfortable that we would spend hours out there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. The beds and bedrooms worked perfect for us. It was clean and basically well maintained. Just minor stuff that isn't even worth mentioning. The reservation procedure along with the check in and check out was a very easy process. Kudos to the owners and Garden City Realty. We already plan on returning next year.

Great house, big bedrooms,baths. Living room area excellent, room for all 11 of us to sit and talk. Wish kitchen table were a little bigger and that the kitchen had more cooking utensils such as pots. Grill outdoors was in terrible shape and there was no enclosed outdoor shower which the guys missed.The deck was great and we had a great vacation all together.Garden City maintenance and housekeeping services were excellent....fast and friendly and very efficient!!!Would definitely rent this house again.

We were very pleased with our unit. It was exactly as described and the decor was beautiful. It was lovely to be right on the beach for those daily walks plus having the option of a swimming pool and hot tub available. The property was clean and well maintained. We put in a call for service once and the response was immediate.
We felt the location is great and central for what we all did. We enjoyed the Marsh Walk, Georgetown, Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach and a day trip to Charleston. And for those who like to shop there are lots of options there also.
We hope this property is available the next time we want to go south and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

We loved the location and rental. The room was clean and provided clean linen and towel service.
We would have preferred no carpet, the carpet was stained.. Dark out curtains in the living room would be better for the guest sleeping there. The blinds there had missing slats and did not work well.
The decor of the room was great! The staff was excellent!!

Great condo with a fantatstic location! We've stayed at Sun Dial 21 twice before in April and May, but this was the first summer visit. My kids really like the fact that there is a pool. This was our 10th trip to Garden City since 2000, and the 9th time we have rented through Garden City Realty. They are real Pros. Would recommend Sun Dial 21 to anyone wanting a fun, cozy, centrally located place to kick back for a relaxing vacation!

This was our 1st time staying in unit 104. This unit came with a covered parking space which was nice when it rained. All the comforts of home, however it would be nice to have a hair dryer. My 96-year-old father requested to stay at Marlin Quay one more time before he gets too old. He was somewhat disappointed as there was Palm Tree obstructing part of the inlet view. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.
