It didn't start out good at all. Our original room was booked it surfside reality. About a month after booking they called to cancel our reservation. There was not another 2 bedroom available. They Put me in touch with Garden city as they had a 2 bedroom where we wanted to be. Carolina Shores. We arrived July 5. Early. We asked if we could possibly get the key at about 12:30. They told us the room was not ready. Long story short,,we got the key at 3pm. Went to the smelled of mold...the rest wasent much better. The couch had crumbs in the cushing..or was just discrinating. It was falling apart. Final strw was blood on the mattress cover. My husband went crazy. He went right over to the real estate office and spoke to Brad Hatoway.Next thing I know my husband called and told me to pack we were moving to Horizone East.Ver roomy very spacious. So I do want to thank Brad..VERY MUCH

Beautiful view! Great being on lower floor, just use the stairs and you are there at the pool or beach.

Modestly furnished condo at reasonable price point - met expectations. Simple but impactful improvements would be replacement of very old mattress in 2nd bedroom (which my daughter compared to sleeping on a wooden board), addition of 2 extra chairs on balcony, and upgraded capacity water heater (as hot water runs out quickly with 4 guests staying in condo).

Beach weather was perfect the week of May 18, which helps to resolve any minor concerns LOL. Surfmaster is in great location - very close to many great restaurants and activities. We've rented several condos in SM down through the years and will undoubtedly do so again during future visits.

Drew is simply the best!

Drew (Dellinger) is simply the best! We contacted Drew when we started thinking about selling, he helped us decide what was worth spending our money on to prepare to sell and helped us come up with a timeline that worked for our family (2 young children) and finances. We ended up closing with a cash offer 10% higher than our list price. Our house was also a starter home, so although Drew successfully works with million dollar homes, we never once felt that we were lesser than or that our small house wasn’t his priority. You have a firework policy posted but no one follows the policy and the security staff do nothing to even enforce it. With small babies and toddler sleeping having large mortor shells going off right in front of the condo is frightening. Please do something to stop this.

The condo was clean and recently renovated. The carpet had been removed and laminate had been installed. It looked like whitewashed boards - perfect for the beach. All of the decorations and furniture were great. When the hurricane came and we had to leave suddenly, I left behind a purse. The management help to locate my purse and mail it to me. I would highly recommend this condo and this property to anyone coming down to Garden City area.

Clean and comfortable house. Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Short walk to several restaurants and the pier. Rental company was easy to work with. Easy check in and check out. This is a house we would rent again and recommend to others.
