We have stayed in the same house twice now. We love the location and the house. It works perfectly for our family. The only complaint is that both times the house is always a little dirty. The house is kept clean but the floors are far from perfect and the walls could use a washing! Even tough the house could use a deep clean and this year we were visited by a hurricane we would stay again!!!

We arrived on Saturday around 4:30 pm. Check in went very well!
House was ready and the staff at Gardrn City Reality knew what they where doing. It was a very busy time for them with many families checking in. It took only about 10 minutes.

We got this rental because we had rented another house and there was a problem with the rental so garden city recommended this house . The house was great just wished it was closer to the pier really a great rental garden city worked great with us to make a vacation we would remember Brad from the reality office was great he could not have done anymore than what he did to find us another rental all worked out and we had a great week. A very nice place with a deck overlooking the beach. Close to Church, grocery store, and many fine restaurants. The street is relatively quiet in March. Fun to walk to the pier and back. Norning sunrise is wonderful to see over the ocean. A relaxing experience.

The house was perfect for our family.The yard space was great for my grandsons to run around in. Loved the parking space below the house. The closet space was amazing. The storage space in the bathrooms was perfect. The bedrooms were very spacious. The decks out back and front were great. Wished the weather would have let us enjoy them. There are a few things that need to be updated. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. The beds did not sleep well at all. Needs to be an electric can opener in the kitchen. A garbage disposal would have been nice. I would stay there again with my family.

My husband likes being on lower floors so a few yrs ago I found this 2nd floor 1 bedroom condo at Surfmaster. We like it a lot. Comfortable bed, plenty of room, oceanfront and clean. Close to great restaurants.

We were thrilled that we were able to get in the condo by noon. With 2 small grandchildren, that was a big help. Thank you!! The condo was so clean (just a few carpet stains in master bedroom) and having the pool so close (and the beach across the street) was so convenient. We had the best vacation!

North Augusta

We stayed in this unit for 4 nights over the Easter holiday. The unit has recently been renovated with hardwood floors and an open kitchen with very nice new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The unit is very spacious and well equipped with all the things you need to enjoy your stay, including cookware, towels, bedding, and even beach chairs. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with new, very comfortable patio furniture.
