Another great vacation at Royal Garden Resort. The weather wasn't great, but you cannot control that. The condo is so comfortable and the indoor pools and jacuzzi were a great spot for us. We will be back in Sept.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Surfmaster Penthouse I. The Condo was well furnished and maintained, with new furniture on the wonderful outdoor decks. Everyone at Garden City Realty who we encountered was very nice and helpful.

This was our 2 time to stay at this property. The house was the perfect size for our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the beach every day and the pool in the evening. The covered back porch was a daily hang out spot. It is centrally located to restaurants and grocery as well. We did have a few issues that we had to call maintenance on, but they were quick to respond. The property could use some sprucing up and some of the lower steps to the beach could be replaced as well as the gate on the porch. We have recommended this property to friends. We hope to come back again.

We could see the Beach 24/7. It was beautiful. Kitchen needed some update but over all it was absolutely amazing for the price & the season along with the amenities. I will for sure stay their again.

Our family stayed at Gramie's Playhouse and we loved everything about the house and the location. We had a nice breeze from the ocean whike sitting on the porch. The house is updated and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and very spacious. We will continue to rent this house each year.

My husband and I enjoyed a blissful week away from the stress of everyday life. The condo is well supplied with everything needed for a great week, including beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards.

We loved the patio set on the balcony and had our dinner there several nights while listening to the ocean and relaxing with a glass of wine.

Sunrises with a cup of coffee and morning devotions were amazing.
