Beach time is a duplex but definitely doesn’t feel like one inside. House was laid out good for our family and walk to the beach was so short (2 min) and easy. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy. The only thing I can think that could be different is the furniture in the living room. A sectional or an extra small couch is really needed instead of the chairs for bigger groups.

This was my first visit to this condo. The layout and the way it was decorated was very attractive. We loved sitting on the balcony in rocking chairs gazing out at the beautiful ocean. I will definitely stay in 511 again.

Southborough

This location is fantastic. It's a little far from Sam's Corner & Kroger, but it's also a bit quieter on this end of the beach. Being near a jetty can be troublesome, as other beachgoers and fishermen like to camp there, sometimes directly in front of the house! The rooms are very nice, especially the master suite on the top floor. The enclosed patio is also a big hit with the family. All in all, this is a property we will definitely be renting again for years to come.

We had stayed at Atalaya Towers years ago but in a different unit. We absolutely loved unit 703!! It had a lot of things that we would have had to go out and buy like soap and things such as that. That was a wonderful surprise! Thank you Garden City Realty!!! We had a wonderful experience!!

Loved it. I stay at one ocean place condos every year. I enjoy the family oriented atmosphere. I don't have to worry about my 5 year old running around and the neighbors complaining. even got my parents staying there every year now.

Great location. We really liked the unit. Unfortunately, there was a garbage disposal backup at the beginning of our stay and garden city maintenance could not take care of it and they finally got a plumber after the kitchen flooded. We had to request housekeeping to clean up the mess. The master bed was hard as a rock. We had to sleep in the smaller bed in 2nd bedroom. This unit is also very very damp. It definitely needs a dehumidifier. But all in all it's a very nice place. Had everything we needed and it has the best beach access.

Pictures do not do this house justice! Amazing, lovely, family oriented, wonderful view of the ocean. Kitchen fully stocked with all necessities, very warm and cozy house. Would love to stay at Mariposa again!

From my first contact to make reservations thru check-in everything ran smoothly. The clerks all had such a friendly personality, it made you feel very welcomed.
The condo was very impressive, nice selection of furniture and extremely clean. We especially enjoyed
the recliners and their arrangements, as my husband
was not able to go to the beach, but really liked
being able to recline and see the beach and hear the
surf. Also, the "goody bag" was well received with the extra paper towels, toilet paper & beach ball.
If we are able to visit again we would want to get
this unit.
