I had a great time at the beach house. Very clean and quiet when I was there. Great pool and access to beach. It was a very nice room.

I booked our place just a few weeks before arriving & the process was great. There were a few minor problems but the realty addressed them quickly. I will rent from Garden Realty next time I vist the area.

We have stayed in Garden City Beach for many years and love the area! 1st time at this rental and in the private community. Everything was great, but I was disappointed about the golf cart rental. I know it stated no golf carts, but when we arrived and found out the owners could have them, but not guest, I didn't care for that rule. The beach access would have been more convenient with a golf cart. Everything else was awesome!

Rental was easy to accomplish, house was spacious and in good condition, just half a block from the beach access. The kids loved the pool and even the adults enjoyed it. The under croft was great for playing corn hole in the evenings and served as a parking garage for bikes, golf cart and cars. The only criticism I have is there were only 10 forks and eight spoons, the tables and chairs on the outside deck were filthy dirty, and there is only seating for 11 for meals. Over all this is a wonderful house and we were so blessed to be able to enjoy the use of it for our family vacation.

We were very pleased with our stay at Surfside Beach. The property was in a great location and in excellent condition. My only recommendation would be new mattresses for the beds. We had a fabulous stay and hope to come back one day!

It’s been 13 years since I’ve visited the beach and my friends at GCR. I was welcomed with warmth, smiles and they were also able to accommodate an early arrival with zero issues. My condo was clean and ready for my stay. Check in & out were quite seamless. The staff at my condo were also extremely courteous. When I left I felt like I was leaving family. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Garden City Realty!! I had the best time EVER!

Ocean Mist was a great house for our party of 14. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and a crock pot. All beds were comfortable. Porch chairs were excellent with a variety of rocking chairs, bar height chairs and Adirondacks. The pool was clean and refreshing with nice pool furniture. There are 2 Jack and Jill bathrooms with showers only upstairs, a hall bath downstairs with a tub and another jack and Jill bathroom downstairs with a tub. The 5th bathroom is outside access from the beach. The house has a charcoal grill. The only negative is that high tide comes all the way up to the sea wall, so you have to come off the beach 1-2 hours during high tide.

We stayed here during Mustang Week, and were very pleased with the location and house. We had ample parking and loved the covered porch the most. The bathrooms could've used a bit of extra cleaning, but nothing that would've kept me from staying here. Overall, very pleased.

Piedmont

Property was not available until 4:30PM. Late entry for one of the most expensive units is unacceptable. Then there were 3 huge trash bags of dirty linens left outside our door. When reported on Monday two were removed but one was left throughout the week. This. Is not the standard for Garden City Realty.
