4 summers ago we started vacationing out side of Ocean Lakes and this summer we found our new favorite! Clean, plenty of room for the 9 of us and very short walk to the beach. The pool and fenced in yard are amazing! Maybe bring your own can opener because we couldn't find one. LOL Have already booked for 2026!

The house was exactly as we expected. Very clean and well-maintained. It was close enough to walk to the beach, but I recommend a golf cart. Small issue with one of the beds, but maintenance corrected it within an hour. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The rental is in an excellent location. It was very clean. We walked by the ocean to and from Garden City Pier and Surfside Pier.

We have stayed at this unit several times and at the complex many times. Our stays have been very and any issues have always been addressed in a timely matter. However I'm sure we'll return after the 50% plus rate increases. If you rent the unit out let say 35 weeks in a year that's over a $35,000.00 increase in revenue. What cost have increased that much???? There's no explanation as to why or justification other than cost went up. Everyone's cost have gone up but not $35,000.00 a year. We found this to be true for most of the units. Maybe price gouging is more in the vacation rental industry than in the grocery industry. I was told there was no large building maintenance project coming up. So, I don't know. We usually have booked at least two weeks for the upcoming season by now. Still on the fence. Wish we were given a much clearer explanation
for this. We are sticker shocked!! Can you blame us!!

Place was beautiful. Great view!A list of some repairs was given to staff-some were done while we were there.Would have no problems staying here again.Main thing my mother Enjoyed it and didn't want to leave.Thanks for pleasant memories made.
