This vacation rental is superb! I don’t even know where to begin describing it. The updates are fantastic. The view is awesome. It was great to have 2 bigger beds instead of the twins in most units. The mattresses were really comfortable. Got to love the walk in showers instead of the tubs you have to climb over in other units. I don’t cook on vacation but I must say the kitchen was beautiful. The patio furniture was exceptionally nice too and last but not least-what a view!

The house was perfect for 4 adults. The furnishings were beautiful. The bathrooms (tubs) needed a GOOD scrubbing from years of soap scum. The door leading to the porch needs to either be replaced. In the alternative, the door knobs and the rubber at bottom of door need to be replaced. The gate on the porch to the stairs needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the house was beautiful, and it was our little piece of paradise.

Our stay in unit 511 was very nice. We come to the surfside/Garden City area a couple of times a year. This is our first stay at the Surfmaster. We stayed the first week in October. This is a good beach area. A few things could be updated. The carpet seemed older and worn, but I know replacing it with tile, or even new carpeting, can be a costly undertaking. The sink and shower fixtures could use some updating also. All in all it is a really nice unit with plenty of room for your family. The large sofa was excellent. Would book this unit again.

We love the condo. We are coming back next year.. There were just a few things we would have liked. Ceiling fans in living room and all bed rooms. More closet space. Not a lot of cooking pots, only frying pans. We loved the furniture. So much nicer and comfortable than the previous condo we rented. New kitchen and flooring very nice.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay. House is decorated very nice and close to the beach. The pool wasn’t heated while we were there though.

A wonderful family experience. Fishing was phenomenal! Location was perfect for us. Not being on the main road made everything much more relaxing. The floors were a bit dirty, but not bad enough to complain. The maintenance man’s (Buddy) side comment was offensive to my wife and I, but again that’s not Garden city’s fault. Overall, we loved our vacation home and are booking it again as soon as possible if that tells you anything!
