The unit was wonderful. There were some issues (DVD player & washing machine). However Dan, the maintenance man, took care of the DVD & had the washing machine repairman come & look @ it. It was determined there was a lot wrong w/the machine & needed repairs or replacement. Jackie in the Rental Office took care of the washing machine issue (the owner decided to replace the machine but it would not be delivered for a wk). And HOW did she do that!?! Well, the owner allowed us to use his personal washing machine, Jackie purchased a laundry basket for us so we could carry our laundry to his unit & Dan provided us w/a rolling cart so I wouldn't have to carry the basket (I have severe arthritis in both knees). SO! When Garden City Realty says they take care of their customers, THEY REALLY DO!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the unit we stayed in was a wonderful unit & we WILL return to it again in the future!

We loved the Metzler. It had everything u can imagine or even think u might need. Great set up for family. Loved the location and yard . We did fine left behind stuff under couch cushions and behind chair. In general house was clean. We would rent again. Garden City Realty very helpful and nice at check in. Wonderful vacation home.

Second time to stay in this property and we love the building, love the location and love the views. I truly have nothing to say but positive things to say about this beach house as we have two great stays there. Love the proximity to great restaurants, proximity to the pier, the easy access to Hwy 17 and certainly the proximity to the beach. I will be back next year.

There were 3 families staying in the Lindo Mar. We had an absolute wonderful stay and the accommodations were outstanding. I would definitely recommend staying at the Linda Mar and working with Garden City Realty!!!!

Great house would recommend. Positives good beach access, nice size pool, great views, room to spread out, clean, ice machine, well stocked kitchen. Negatives a little pricey for not being ocean front, the only thing missing was a gas grill!!

Great location, just across the street from the beach. This rental (#229) is clean but unit itself is "a bit worn". Good value for the price and location.

Bathrooms could use updates. Hall bath "smelled", probably because wood seat had absorbed odors.Some light bulbs were broken/burned out. Maintenance should check closer.Overall we were satisfied with property.

We stayed at this wonderful condo 1 1/2 weeks ago. We have already booked it for 2 weeks next year. The condo was very clean. Garden City Realty was absolutely wonderful to work with. The building only has 9 units, so not a lot of people. The master bed was very comfortable(I am very picky). The balcony is huge and it has direct access off the balcony to the beach. No going around the building to get your toes in the sand. The kitchen is well stocked. They recently did some updates and they did a good job. If I have anything negative to say is that the corner turn style cabinet smelled very musty and I wouldn’t put anything in it (again, I’m picky) I do wish they turned the broom closet into an actual pantry with shelves. It would have given us a little more space to store things. I’m the second bathroom cabinet could use a little updating as well. It’s located not too far from the pier and we were able to walk to it with no problem. We can’t wait to go back next year.

Denise did an outstanding job once again. She has helped in arranging everything, even furnishings. She has been very helpful and honest. I have done three closings with her and am totally satisfied and have full trust and confidence in her.

This was the second year to stay at this condo and once again we were not disappointed. I love the new bathrooms such a great improvement. The property was clean, the staff very helpful, and overall just a great week. The one down side is the seating the accent chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs so no one wants to sit in those leaving limited seating in the living room. Nevertheless I would highly recommend this condo!
