My wife and I recently rented this unit for the month of March. We were 100% satisfied with the condo and the location. The unit is well laid out, extremely clean and quite.The deck with a view of the ocean is a great place to relax with a morning cup of coffee or a leisure afternoon glass of wine. Our family had a wonderful stay at Beach Blessing! It was a short walk to the beach. House had everything to make our stay very comfortable. The porch was a great hangout spot at night with a wonderful ocean breeze. We will book it again next year. Only issue we had was the beds were a little squeaky..

We had a wonderful experience at BH203!! Will definitely re-rent, hopefully for same week next year!! Only negatives were kitchen supplies as we cook in most meals...searched for cutting board, pasta collander, larger cutting knife, tupperware storage bowls. But unit was perfect otherwise!! Thank you

Nice and quite location. Easy access to the beach. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with all the necessities needed for cooking. Plenty of room and space.

We have stayed at this rental several times and really enjoyed our stay. This time however we noticed a few things that could have been cleaned better. Cold return vent very dirty and light over table very dirty. Also patio table very rusty.

I wish I had gone to GCR first!

I didn't meet them (the Garden City Realty Staff) in person but have no doubt they would've been excellent!...I had listed my second home with another agent for a year and no results, not even an offer. I listed with Garden City Realty and within 2 months "SOLD!" Everyone at GCR especially Bobby Streett were so helpful, pleasant, easy to work with and very professional. I wish I had gone to GCR first. Lesson learned. Thank you!

Overall the condo was great! Location could blnot have been better. Parking is a little snug but not terrible. The washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus but the lint vent needs a cleaning. We were only able to do one small load because it took over 3 hours for the clothes to dry bc the lint was so built up behind the trap. The only "negative" was the day We arrived, we were told the day prior that we would receive a text message when the unit was ready and we could go to it. However that text never came. I called the leasing office at 415 and nobody answered. We ended up just going to the condo and taking our chances it was ready. If checking in on a Sunday was the issue, then maybe we should have just been told Saturday it was ready and to go after 4. We wasted half a day waiting for a message we stillnhave bot received. Other than that everything was great and we will 100% be back.

Due to such late planning I called the office vice booking online. Susan was great to work with and sought out two properties that met my needs for a broken week schedule that wasn’t the traditional Sat to Sat model. Without her help we would have moved on to another beach up the coast and not have experienced Garden City Beach and it’s unique family beach feeling. Loved the proximity to the Garden City Pier. Live band every night was great. Only negative was the parking allowed for only one vehicle on sight. However the free overflow parking met our need, It was located about 2 miles away. The unit we stayed in could have used a handyman to fix the minor issues we encountered. Note: I didn’t report any problems as the issues didn’t change my experience and weren’t major concerns. Things such as loose and broken floor trim. But overall the place was cozy, cool and clean. We would stay in it again and would recommend to our friends and all others. Thanks for a great get a way experience.

We rented Lollipops Beach house for our family vacation. The location and the layout of the house and the fact the house has its own pool made it perfect. The pool was not in a location where everyone could see us, and added to our experience.
Once in the house, it was absolutely beautiful and very clean, and all the bedrooms were on the same level.
The property has an elevator but we were not provided access to it, which would have been very nice, especially for unloading and loading our luggage and groceries.
The only negative I have is the oven needs to be updated. It was very hard to see the temperature and time settings on it. Otherwise, everything was amazing.
We have actually rented it again for next year..��

The Summer House (Clinkscales) was located right across the street from the was very very clean and perfect size for me and 3 kids. I never met the owner, but Pam from Harden City realty was fantastic, she provided excellent customer service. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND the house to family and friends. WE went to broadway on the beach and shopped, road Rollercoaster, visited the wax museum, we rode go carts, they even gave us helicopter ride to see all around Myrtle Beach!! We loved it and we will be back next year for sure. Thank You Garden City Realty for helping us have a wonderful family Vacation.

The house was in an excellent location, very close to the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Plenty of room for everyone.

Dealing with people is the major requirement of my job. Our stay at One Ocean Place provided quiet, great view and very comfortable accommodations. The sound of the ocean was relaxing and helped erase the clutter that can accumulate in our minds throughout the year. We would not hesitate to return to One Ocean Place.
