This was out first reunion at this location. We enjoyed the venue very much. The kitchen and living room area were fabulous and enough room to hang out. With the weather being amazing we stayed mostly at the beach and balcony. The only issue we encountered is that one of the bedrooms had no windows. We didn't mind however I didn't read it in the description and would like for that to be added to the online review.

My family had the best fsmily vacation at thr Senatical the week of June 2i - June 28, 2024. We theoughly enjoyed thr home which was vwry clean when we arrived and was very beautiful. It was so nice having our own pool in the back yard. We had so much fun tjat we have already booked for next year. Thank you Garden Citu Realitu for allowing us to book this wonderful trip.

We fully enjoyed our stay at Surf master 304. The outside deck was very nice looking at the ocean and eating on it. Rooms were very nice. We liked the number coded gates to get into the complex from the beach also liked the security guards they had walking on the complex. Highly recommend.

WE have stayed in the same condo for a few years now and enjoyed it. With the changes the owner has made in the last few years we have decided it was time to move as it was no longer comfortable for us on the balcony with the change in seating. We would spend so much time out there and this year it was something we were not able to do. You should update your pictures.

Our stay at the Beach House was great! The Condo was clean and everything was as described. I loved that it was updated. I’ve stayed ocean Front a lot but I’ve never been this close to the Beach. It was an amazing view.

We enjoyed our stay during the week. We had very small problems (more outlets in master, more towel racks in master, unbreakable full length mirror in master, but basically our stay was good. We believe that people would enjoy this condo.

We always love coming to the beach. We love One Ocean Place. This unit was awesome. The only complaint we had was...we called the office on Saturday morning and asked if our unit was ready...the reply was yes. So, we came to check-in to only find it was not ready. But, we still got into our unit early and enjoyed our stay.

The home is beautiful and well cared for. The pool area is perfect when you need a break from the sand. I would not recommend taking 15 adults. We had 13 adults and two 11-year old kids. I had to purchase an air mattress and we had two people sleeping on sofas.
