This is probably the most comfortable 1 bedroom Surf Master Condo that we have stayed in and we have been coming to SM for years. The bed and living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. I could actually use the cookware. The view from the balcony was so beautiful. The 12th floor was quiet even though it was the end of bike week and the beginning of another bike week. Overall I have nothing bad to say about it other than some instructions to operate the living room tv would be very helpful. We hope to return again to this same unit.

Sea Dream Inn worked very well for our large family. It was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom. I also liked that it had two sitting areas, one downstairs next to the pool and the other upstairs by the kitchen. It gave people space to spread out. The location was great being about 2 blocks from the beach. There are some signs of wear and tear. Overall, though a very nice place. The only other comment would be that there were no beach towels. That was probably stated in the listing and I just missed it. However, I definitely would have appreciated having that information before arrival. Overall a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed staying at 202. We love Garden City. It’s our favorite beach. Usually rent a house but couldn’t find any the week we wanted to be there. Decided to try this condo. Spacious, great view, and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. A/C unit worked great. Water pressure could have been better but water water was hot. Nice pool and hot tub. Very late check in due to staff shortages and a plumbing problem but all handled as quickly as possible,

This was my first visit to Garden City/ Murrells Inlet and the stay was perfect. I really liked Waterforde’s the gated parking, easy access to the beach and elevator. The decorating in 403 was perfect and the view is hard to beat.

My requirements for a beach vacation are proximity to the beach, ease of access to the beach, limited crowds and a great shower. This place had all of that.

I recommend this place.

My only complaint is towards the rental agency’s 10AM checkout. 11 or noon would be optimum.

This is our third summer staying at Surf Master 106. We reserve it for a 5 night stay. Our condo was ready when expected, clean, great parking, nice family atmosphere. Grocery store, pharmacy, gift shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants are all within 2 miles of the condo. The view is to die for... First floor balcony facing the ocean. A lifeguard was stationed from 9 to 5 directly in front of this condo.

Beautiful condo! Keep up the good work. It was exceptionally perfect! Great location, wonderfully decorated, really nice and comfortable for a family of five which included my 20 yo Down Syndrome child & my 90 year old father who can be hard to please!

Made our first home buying experience a joy

Drew [Dellinger] was so wonderful to work with and made our first home buying experience a joy. He really took the time to understand our budget and preferences, showed us a variety of listings to see what we could get for our money, negotiated to help us get the house we really wanted, and walked us through the entire buying process so that we always knew what to expect. We are so happy with our home purchase and can’t recommend Drew enough!

Judy Walton was abosolutely terrific. I called a week in advance of our our trip with questions as a result of bad reviews regarding cleanliness and inadequate air conditioning. Judy responded, probably beyond her responsibilities, and visited the condo personnally to confirm that the AC had been repaired and was working properly. She also scheduled a cleaning for the carpet and had some new glasses and skillets placed in the unit to ensure an adequate compliment of cookware and table ware. She was very cordial...a real jewel!!
