Overall very happy with our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect walking distance to the beach and very nicely decorated.perfect place for a family vacation and kid/toddler friendly .

We had an amazing time. The condo was in pristine condition and the huge balcony was the highlight of our stay. The HVAC kept the unit very cool and comfortable (this has always been a struggle for us), the beds were very comfortable and the living areas were very relaxing. It was nice to have our own hot tub, although, the early afternoon was too hot to use because of the sun exposure. Once the sun was shaded, that was the place to be! The only drawback of the unit was the bath tub situation. We have a young child and the glass doors on the tubs made it difficult to bathe her. The master bathroom was very very small also, there is a jacuzzi tub in there, but the room it's in is much to small to relax in to actually use.
This was our second time staying in this condo and it truly doesn't disappoint. If it's available for the dates you're looking, do yourself a favor and BOOK IT. You won't regret it.

We had a fantastic week at One Ocean Place 202. The unit was lovely, roomy, clean and had a fabulous view. The location is perfect, quiet and easy to access. The rental company was great to work with; this is the rental we've been seeking for years. Will definitely return next year.

We loved Grammies Playhouse!!! It was the perfect place to stay with kids. The house, beach, pool and the location was ideal. We can't wait to go back!

Very nice condo. Favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. It was windy but the balcony is screened in so that helped give us a windbreak.

We are a family of 5 with 3 boys between the ages of 11-15. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We have stayed at the Beach House before and would definitely stay there again. Garden City Realty is great to deal with as well.

Perfect accommodations for our family of 5 adults. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Easily accessible to beach right across the street. Pier very close walking distance as well as a small grocery store and a few beach bars making it very convenient to walk.

We had a great time. Our party of six loved the location and the easy drive to the great restaurants in Murrell’s Inlet. The access to the beach was effortless as you can step off the property and have your beach chair in the sand. The wind made it difficult to enjoy the beach as much as we had hoped. We usually stay in the north and had never experienced wind this much. I don’t know if it is usually like this or just a weather pattern rolling through. The house itself was perfect for us. My only complaint was the size of the master bedroom. With a king bed, it was difficult to move around if you had to get up in the middle of the night. I had some bruised shins from banging them off the bed. We would have loved a hot tub as well but we knew the rental didn’t have one before arriving. The check in process was really smooth and easy as our house was available very early which was great. We would rent again in the future.
