We were very pleased with how clean and organized our unit was. Everything was very well labeled. The whole unit was in great condition, as if it had just be renovated. The only thing we would liked to have seen was tv's in the other two bedrooms.

The house was was accommodating. The description was was so great to have our family under one roof.Would have enjoyed a gas grill instead of charcoal.we had a good selection shopping for groceries and close to house.walk to beach was close.pool was great to come back and kept clean.refrigerator was to small for this size house.bathrooms clean house was acceptable. Overall i would recommend this house

We had a wonderful week in Garden City! There was an unexpected renovation in the unit next door to us, but Garden City Realty was efficient in handling the matter. They were really easy to deal with as far as making reservations, etc..

House has everything you need to have s feat week. Only thing we would have liked to have is at least a half bathroom for guests so they didn't have to use one in one if our bedrooms. Only issue was we noticed mold in one of the bedrooms air conditioner vent. I would highly recommend this house and would stay again.

Our family has enjoyed the Surfmaster consistently for several years now. The unit is always ready upon arrival with sufficient towels and accessories. We very much enjoy the wrap-around balcony, convenience to stores and restaurants.

The living space is perfect for 20 people. We never felt cramped while in the living room or dining and kitchen areas - although need some rugs to cut down on the echo. The 2sets of washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerators were wonderful. Bedrooms were cramped but great each one had its own bathroom. Kitchen wasn't very well supplied with cookware. No pans fit in oven. Only a couple pans. The porch furniture was terribly uncomfortable-looks like Adirondack but far from it. The size of the pool was the biggest complaint from our group. Way too small. Overall it was a great house for a large family and served us very well. Just pointing out ways to make it better!

If the weather had cooperated with us our trip would have been perfect. Great location and amenities, the unit was amazing. Noticed a lot of changes since last summer at Royal Gardens itself which were all for the best. Highly recommend Royal Gardens and unit 1211.

Very nice condo in great location. Nice balcony to sit out and watch the ocean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great master bath with walk in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Great month stay.
