This rental was exactly as the pictures showed. It was a cute little condo, we loved that it was right on the beach, and it was so accessible. The condo could use a little updating but it was still cute. The bed was mostly comfortable! We didn't spend much time in the condo but we would definitely stay again.

THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME THAT I HAD RENTED A BEACH HOUSE AND IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT I COULD HAVE DONE WAS TO STAY AT THE HAKUNA MATATA FOR CHRISTMAS 2013. MY BABY SISTER CAME HOME FROM SANTA MONICA FOR THE 1ST TIME IN 8 YEARS WITH HER 4 CHILDREN AND HUSBAND. MY MOM HAD HER 3 GIRLS AND 5 GRANDKIDS AND SON IN LAW UNDER ONE ROOF FOR SANTA CLAUSE AND WE HOSTED MOMS SIDE OF THE FAMILY CHRISTMAS DAY DINNER. THERE WERE SO MANY DISHES THERE AND THAT WAS GREAT. THE PLACE HAD SO MUCH ROOM THAT NO ONE GOT UNDER FOOT. I COOKED AT THE ISLAND BAR AND WATCHED THE WAVES HIT THE BEACH AND YOU COULD HEAR THE OCEAN TOO. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OPENING YOUR HOME UP FOR OTHERS TO ENJOY AS WELL. THE ATMOSPHERE OF YOUR PLACE IS CALM, PEACEFULLY AND RELAXING WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. My wife and I had a super week at the SurfMaster, in Penthouse D. The view and spaciousness are worth the extra money !
We always enjoy Murrells Inlet with the wonderful Brookgreen Garden. This trip we discovered the Hopsewee Plantation, Crab Daddy’s Seafood Buffet and Drunken Jack’s.
This condo is very nicely furnished, with a well supplied kitchen and plenty of room .....except for the Very small master bath. The SurfMaster staff members were helpful/polite and our check in/check out was a breeze....thank you, Jackie :-)

We had a wonderful time. Location, layout, amenities were fabulous. Property is always clean and management is always friendly, courteous and helpful. We have stayed at surf master before and had no problems then. Always a pleasant experience.

His marketing and negotiation skills made that possible

Drew [Dellinger] made the entire selling process effortless. At our first meeting, he was well prepared with multiple comps, and local sales information. We decided on a sale price that we felt was fair and he felt we could obtain. He had a professional photographer provide quality pictures that solicited a high number of views and kept us in the top views for at least 2 weeks. Once we received offers, he was able to suggest which one to take based on who he felt would get us a contract and sale. He was with us through negotiations and closing to answer questions and provide valuable guidance. He was available at all hours, not just 9-5. From listing to closing was less than 2 months, and his marketing and negotiation skills made that possible. We highly recommend Drew, and will certainly use him in the future should the need arise.

The house was very clean and we enjoyed our vacation. The only problem was there were not enough pots and pans to cook with in the house. There was plenty of dishes and eating utensils. I suggest adding some items for families that like to cook.

Garden city realty never disappoints in quality or pricing. They’re always our first look when booking a stay here. The condo itself is in a great location right across the street from the beach access and has an ocean view. The decor is dated and I have to say the beds were uncomfortable in this particular rental. But overall we had a wonderful week!!

The room was in very good condition except for the floor fans which need to be cleaned.
The rocking chairs on the deck we're great.
Overall we had a great time the weather was nice the only complaint was the wet dog smell in the elevators
