We loved this rental and the rental company was very easy to work with and thorough. Plenty of room to spread out. Lovely view of the ocean from this balcony and windows. The only complaint we had was that the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV in the evening. The cushions were broke down and didn’t off much support.

We had a wonderful vacation at Sea Master, the room was clean, functional, and well maintained. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and the view to the Ocean is amazing. I did knock down the "General Condition" by a star, because the only complaint I had was the WIFI - which was unusable for most of the week. I did call the maintenance number and was told that it was "up and functional" but that perhaps the system was being "overloaded" by the number of people connected to it. If WiFi is important be sure you have a hotspot of your own - as the shared wifi cannot be depended upon. Outside of that - The location, facilities, and people staying here were all wonderful!

Perfect location on the creek and a short walk to beach. No water at low tide but that's only once a day so we worked around that.

We had a party of 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious and the open concept on the main area was perfect for a large group. The views and short walk to the beach was fantastic. The house could have been a bit cleaner when entering, but we went in armed with our cleaning supplies anyways. Good tip to bring a Swiffer for the week to grab the lingering sand from the beach. Walmart is very close and easy to do a pickup order. The rental company is also very close and it made check-in/out very easy-everyone there is super friendly! We can't wait to get back here!

We had a great time. The unit was perfect, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a completely empty pantry for us to put food! There was no dining room table, just a folding table, which I didn’t realize. It didn’t bother us. My only issue was the air conditioning in the master bedroom was basically non existent. It would get very hot in there all day and night, even with the fan going. Overall we would stay again. We were happy with everything.

We love Rucker Cottage! It was our 3rd summer vacation on this property, and it has gotten better every year. We have 13-15 family members with us each year, and there is plenty of room to spread out yet still be close together. The homeowners continue to make things nicer with updates to the home every year, and we plan to return every summer that we can!

Drew [Dellinger] was amazing!  He was always available for our many questions and took the time to walk us through the process (especially since we were buyers from out of state).  Whether it was phone, text or email he always found the time to communicate with us.  His local knowledge is second to none and we could not have been happier with the end result!  Thanks Drew!!
