This unit is a nice floor plan. It was the perfect size for my daughters and I. The biggest problem is that this unit as 2 or 3 others 4 steps down from the elevator. You have to unload the gurney and carry everything to the room. Same goes for leaving. Carry everything to the stairs, up the stairs and on to the gurney. No way could this unit be good for anyone with trouble with stairs. When we got to the room, the ac/heat was off as expected. We struggled to maintain the comfort of the unit all week long. The coffee maker is a fancy Cuisinart that has no instructions. There is a regular pot in the cabinet over the sink. Most units these days have Kurigeg pots.

The view was absolutely beautiful! The condo was well equipped. I enjoyed the recliner. Management was very helpful with a couple minor glitches.Door wouldn't lock and no instructions on how to use TV streaming service.

Surf Master by the Sea 311, Owners

Very Pleased! Excellent Recommendation!!

We purchased our two bedroom condo at Surf Master by the Sea through Garden City Realty in 2018 with the help of one of their realtors, Drew Dellinger making it possible. After a nearly complete remodel, including new bathrooms, doors, paint, lights, fans, appliances, furniture, granite, pictures, and floors we had to decide if we really wanted to rent the unit out to offset some of the cost of ownership. Mr. Dellinger suggested that Drew McElveen and his team at Surf Master were highly regarded, with trepidation we decided to go with them to rent our condo. It was a very hard decision as we just invested around $40,000 in remodeling and have rented out beach condos previously with both positive and negative management experiences. With the end of the first year, we are happy to provide an excellent recommendation for Drew and his team. They are very accommodating, understanding and provide excellent feedback, suggestions, reporting, and email updates that far exceeded our expectations. We have been very pleased and plan to continue working with them in the future.

Wonderful stay, description was accurate with regard to layout, amenities, location, etc. Everything was clean and well maintained, we had excellent customer service and the neighbors are great. We would definitely recommend to family or friends and would love to stay again. We had the unfortunate experience of being there through a hurricane and got lots of rain, but neighbors were very supportive and helpful and encouraged us to stay and we are very glad we did. We made the best of it!

Our rental property was spotlessly clean!! There were plenty of linens available and lots of needed utensils. The location was perfect for us! It was quiet, spacious, with tons of things nearby to do. Everything was in great condition and the staff were very professional and helpful. I can't wait to come again - I will stay in the same place again!

Farmington

This fun beach rental has easy beach access at two nearby points. Along with a lovely front porch with ocean views. The property was fully stocked, well maintained and handled by a very responsive Garden City Realty. Best of all dog friendly!!

Kenbridge

While we enjoyed our stay, the balcony seating could use an update as it was very worn and uncomfortable. The floors were not very clean, within minutes of arriving my son’s feet were visibly dirty. There was a little bit of trash left in the bedroom garbage and my son found crackers in the floor. The master bedroom blind was in the floor when we arrived so not a lot of privacy.

Property was very nice.The only negative was the people before us must have been smokers because you could smell cigarette smoke through out the condo.

Had a great time with family. Plenty of places to seat and meet around the living area. Would have wished to have seen queen beds instead of doubles. The dock was a great place to hang out and it was such an easy walk to the beach. And really the air worked very well and the water pressure was good and hot. Can't complain!

Fairfax Station

We had a very enjoyable stay. The view from the large porch was incredible; we spent many hours there! The house was clean with a well-appointed kitchen. All beds were new with clean linens, and the lower level was newly renovated. The pool was beautiful with many sturdy lounge chairs. Customer service was exceptional! Guests should be aware that the metal spiral staircase can be difficult to manage for some, and all but one interior bathroom are shared. The house is next to beach access which means Saturday and Sunday can be crowded. Our group had a comfortable, memorable vacation!
