I was afraid of being on the 12th floor but it wasn't too high and had an amazing view. The unit was very clean. Carpet was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would rent this unit again. Enjoyed the fireworks too! We were very pleasantly surprised how fast the check in and check out were. Beach was well looked after.

Condo was very nice and comfortable for 2. Having the closet to put beach chairs in was a huge plus. The only complaints is that the bed in the bedroom was tight to walk around and the washer and dryer had been pulled out of the laundry room due to the storms the week before and we’re not put back for our use until late in the week. Other than that I would recommend and will definitely return.

Sea Forever is great! The floor plan and furnishings suited our family group to a T. But the very best part is the view of the inlet. From every level of the house and every room, you see that awesome view. We have stayed in lots and lots of houses in Myrtle Beach over the years, and this one has earned our highest marks. It has such a comfortable feel to it and makes you wish you never had to leave. It was an awesome week, and we will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying in Garden City beach.. my son was getting married close by and Jim Mel Lou was perfect for us. There is plenty of room and the porch was wonderful . We loved the big kitchen and open floor plan . We did have an issue with the upstairs shower but it was fixed quickly.

The house had all the things we needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. It did seem like the cleaning crew did spot cleaning as we found things (kids clothing, toothpaste on the wall, and toys) that were not ours. The pool is small but it was super nice to have to take a break from the sun. They did come out to clean it one time while we were there. Could use some new knives. We couldn’t find any decently sharp ones. The house is next to a “public” access that is mainly used by the folks across the street. Not bad just something to note because we had to claim our beach spots in front of the house pretty early in the morning. The kitchen sink pressure is a little low so we used the dishwasher quite a bit. We had plenty of space for our multiple families vacation. Maybe add some more of the higher chairs on the top deck from the living room for better ocean viewing.

Excellent as always! Been coming here since the Late 80's. Great Place for Kids and Adults. Location is perfect. You are hour from Charlestown, short dive to Pawleys Island must try Locals Restaurant, Wahoo's at Merriel's Inlet. The River Stream Cafe and Conch Shell which is in walking distance from your condo. There are also many other great restaurants in the area and I can not go with out mentioning Benjamin's Coffee House in Surfside great coffee, pastry's and sandwiches etc. The beach front is fantastic. This unit is perfect. Well be back next year too! Come stay!

We really enjoyed our week at Surfmaster 314. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Ice maker was out of order, but everything else was in working order. We had everything we needed for cooking most of our meals. Loved having some recliners. The view was fabulous. It was so restful hearing the waves at night, just a nice muted sound through the closed doors, very sleep inducing. It’s a great location near good restaurants and shopping, but we spent a lot of time just walking on the beach or enjoying the view. Came home relaxed and looking forward to our next visit. Would definitely go back to Surfmaster.

The condo was very nice and clean. The only complaint is the master could use some grab bars in the shower. I wore my flip flops for extra traction. The 3rd bedroom could use a cable box especially if you are on a girls trip with no children. Loved that we didn’t have to stop at the office for check in and out. Overall a nice place to stay!

Great view, great pool, short walk to the beach, pet friendly. The house was the right size for our vacation - 3 families - 9 people. We will hope to book the house for net year.
