All 5, We loved the house and the service. Had issue with frig and ice maker and service Dept came right over. Will continue to rent yearly from Garden City Reality. PERFECT house for my family equipped better than any house have stayed in for the past 32 years. Water toys were a huge benefit, plan to rent again next year

We had an enjoyable stay. The pool was too cold. The ocean was much warmer, but half if us had a medical condition that didn't allow us to go in the ocean. Minor things needed improved, but overall, a awesome place to stay. Thanks so much.

We enjoyed staying at this condo for several reasons. There was plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. I particularly loved the wicker chairs by the window for morning coffee. The balcony also had plenty of rockers. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware and cookware. The mattress in master bedroom was slightly lumpy and could use more pillows. The bathroom sink tended to drain very slow. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back. Check in and check out was simple and easy - contactless. Really liked that!

Lollipop’s Beach House was exactly what we were looking for and the area is an absolute hidden gem! Two couples enjoyed the dual master suites with King beds and private baths while this Lolly had the toddler grands in the two spare rooms sharing the hall bath. Ample parking with plenty of covered space underneath for playing outside on rainy days, an essentially private beach a short walk from the front porch, a private neighborhood perfect for renting a golf cart (Grahams Golf Cars!) made for the perfect family gathering. Local to all our favorites like Dagwoods, Ultimate California Pizza, SpringHouse Family Restaurant, Gulfstream, and Angelos, we enjoyed family meals and the kids enjoyed date nights. We may soon outgrow this property, but I definitely recommend it! Clean, all linens provided except beach towels, plenty of seating with two tables and 2 sitting areas, high chair included. Large sized bedrooms, heated outdoor shower... five star all the way.

Rental company easy to work with. Decided to go down at the last minute and had no problem. Property was as described. Would stay here again. Only negative was the mattresses on the twin beds. My daughters say they were a little hard and uncomfortable. However they mad it through ghe week! The view is awesome from the condo!

This is our second time at 107, we love this unit! It’s always clean and, it’s perfectly decorated. The kitchen has everything you could ever want! The coffee bar and owner’s personal touches are fantastic. We highly recommend! The only exception is my husband always has a problem with the TV remotes. Some instructions would be appreciated! Lastly, we usually arrive early before we get our text, it might be something for Garden City Realty to perhaps issue the parking passes to guests so there is somewhere to park. There wasn’t a parking spot in any public beach access lots available. We rode around Garden City for at least two hours. All in all, it was a wonderful week 9-5 thru 9-12-26! We will be back next year! Thank you Garden City!
