Lovely view, well equipped. Housekeeping did overlook cleaning the microwave in preparation for our chevk in. Primary suite mattress needs to be updated soon. Really appreciated the early entrance we got this year.

Great condo with an amazing view while being on the main level. Right outside your door is the pool, decking, and beach access only steps away. Only downside to that is a lot of outside noise. Had some not considerate other guests that were very loud at inappropriate hours outside our condo but I guess that’s the price of convenience. I wish there was something mentioning the no tent rule for the beach as this is the first beach I’ve encountered this issue, now I know to look up beach rules before going to a specific beach. Furniture was super nice (almost all had plugs and usb ports in the top of them for easy access) and beds were comfy. The cleaning people missed some stuff but overall it was good condition with some minor cleaning ourselves. With a few hiccups, our little last minute getaway was a success and enjoyable!

We had the best week staying at Waccamaw Exchange! My husband and I are both local from the area and were very pleased with the location of this house and everything about it. The house was clean and so cozy and quaint. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us. From the minute we walked in and saw the Clemson memorabilia, we knew we had picked the right house lol. The sunset views across the inlet from the dock were amazing. We enjoyed fishing, catching crabs and even a jellyfish off of the dock. The house is in a great location. It was a very quick five minute or less walk over to the beach access. Using a beach cart to roll all of our stuff over to the beach made the walk even easier. It was also a very easy walk down to Sam’s Corner and the pier. We loved that the house was dog friendly, but had no signs of wear and tear from previous dogs. It had a great backyard for walking the dog. Our little Pomeranian enjoyed her vacation as much as we did. We would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again in the future. If this house goes up for sale, we would be interested in buying!

All went smooth. Text rec'd early that condo was available. Had an issue with the toilet & they promptly fixed it. Love the condo! Balcony great!

We had a great week in Unit 107! The location is great. This unit is beautiful! We have stayed at Beach House for 14 years and have been in several different units. This is by far the best! Nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you could ever want! The coffee bar provided by the owner was a great touch. And upon arrival it was very clean and welcoming! We have already made our plans to return next year!

This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed at Beach Lane. The location is perfect- close enough to the beach to walk, far enough away that we did not feel we were dealing with a constant flow of traffic. Proximity to Murrells Inlet and Surfside/Mrytle Beach attractions was ideal. The furnishings were clean and generally in good condition. GC Realty maintainence was responsive when we notified them of items that were not working as expected. The only things I would suggest be addressed are major appliances do need to be replaced- the dryer took 3+ cycles to completely dry a small load of laundry, the stovetop did not come to temperature and the dishwasher was quite noisy. The garbage pickup needs to be addressed- there was overflowing garbage when we arrived that was not picked up all week (sanitation company apparently will only take what is in the bin).

This is our 2nd year of renting this condo. Not only is it beautifully decorated, it is clean and has all we need for 2 adults and 2 children. It directly overlooks the pool and beach. We loved it and I’m sure we will stay again

condo was clean on arrival kitchen had everything you need. wonderful view and we loved watching the dolphins. it was nice to have maintenance on the property. parking was so easy and right in front mof condo. if you like to eat out myrtle beach is the place to go.

we had an overall great stay and would recommend to friends and relatives. the only problem was the door to the patio was very hard to open. my husband has ms and had a hard time getting the open and closed. the staff put wd40 and it worked some better, but the rollers on the door need replacing.

We have been staying in the house the last 3 years. The homeowners have done numerous updates in those 3 years!! This year we had a new table on front porch which was AWESOME!!!! House newly painted & looks amazing!! The table at the pool was repainted also. New floors & rugs in all the bedrooms was also new. Only bad thing was bedroom #1 needed a new bed last year & this year it was even worse. For this reason I'm only giving a {4} rating instead of a 5. A good nights sleep is a must when vacationing...

Fantastic location, quiet area away from the busy pier and relaxing Atmosphere. The only thing we would change is the slippery pool deck, broken deck fencing and unsafe grey lounge chair area. Screws were popping up from the boards and they were unsafe for any adult or child to walk on. We were not able to utilize the space due to these concerns.
