We have stayed in many condos in Garden City over the years, but this was by far our favorite. The condo was so cozy and homey, and the appliances and amenities were great. We enjoyed booking through Garden City Realty and would do so again for this condo! We enjoyed many attractions and restaurants (and would recommend all) including: Crabby Mikes Seafood Buffet, the Pavilion Arcade, Medieval Times, Time Warp at Carolina Opry, Little Italy, Alligator Adventure, the Hollywood Wax Museum, and Broadway at the Beach.

Bike Week at Floral Villa A2 was "fantastic". From the porch we watched motorcycles go by & watched the ocean all at the same time! Very good weather. Everyone at Garden City Realty, are wonderful & always very helpful! Great people to work with!

Our week at Pooh's Corner was hands down the best vacation! From the beautiful sunset to the awesome fishing on the pier! I personally could just float for days in the pool!

Beach Lovers was the perfect beach house for our family. Great location. We have stayed at a few houses with private pools and this pool setting was exceptional! Surrounded by concrete means no dirt or mud to deal with The pool was clean and was serviced 3 times during our stay. We did have a couple of problems with the dishwasher and freezer and they were repaired within a few hours. House was clean and met all of our needs. Will be back next year!

We had a great stay at the Jim Mel Lou rental house. It is very quiet in the area it is in. There is very few people on the beach when we were there. This made the 3rd year we have stayed there and we plan on staying again next year.

Garden City Really was AMAZING!! They were constantly in touch to let us know about the aftermath of Hurricane Ian and the impact to our holiday.

The condo itself was a bit disappointing. It is very dated; furniture was uncomfortable and some needed fixing (several dining room chairs). The furniture is well worn. We are all for comfy and cozy but this missed the mark. And the dolls in the bedroom display case need to go.

For a week it would be fine as you aren’t in the condo that much but for an extended stay you need comfort.
