I can't say enough about this condo. We stayed here last year and decided then we would return to the same condo this year. We love it here. It fits us so well. The balcony with all the furniture is great for bigger parties with seating for all. The kitchen and bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. There were some upgrades since last year on the bathrooms that were beautiful. Full walk in showers are great. I would highly recommend this condo. We are hoping to return next year!!

This unit is well decorated. Everything coordinates with the beach theme. It makes you feel right at home. The carpet needs to be replaced - a lot of stains. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The kitchen was stocked with nice pots, pans, cutlery and silverware. The fridge was cold. However, guests are forbidden to turn AC below 70 degrees and I was warm. Also, the blinds in the bedrooms don’t block out light so my kid was awake for the day at 2:53am due to extremely bright porch lights (I had to buy tinfoil and tape to darken the bedrooms; blackout curtains over the blinds would be ideal. The sliding glass door is broken so it doesn’t block out noise from fireworks well and takes two people to lock the door closed. The dishwasher washes dishes but the bottom tray is broken so loading it is very difficult. We had no issues with the bathrooms. Condo was tastefully decorated. New carpet in the living room. Large closets. The swimming pool is in disrepair. Indoor hot tub is blocked with caution tape. I want to end on a good note for room 1511-the closet in hallway is my favorite thing! There is a hanging rack to dry freshly washed swimsuits and wet life jackets. There’s a bench for your beach bag, space for boogie boards (they had a few there already), and floor space for our sandy shoes. A broom and dustpan are on the wall so I could sweep up the sandy hallway each day. Overall great, with room for improvement. I wish I could post the pictures I have. We dined at Sarah J’s, had Painters Homemade ice cream (I recommend the peach), and played putt putt at Adventure Falls which should be completely renovated for summer 2023. Grocery stores and Walmart very close by.

We decide last minute to go to Myrtle Beach. This was the only place left with Garden City Realty on the Beach. We were a little apprehensive. We were pleasantly surprised!!! The place was beautiful, great view, clean and neat!!! The ONLY thing that would have been nice if at all possible would have been dishwashing detergent, a salt and pepper shaker, and maybe 1 extra trash bag for the kitchen. Our stay was so short we hated to go buy those items. Thank you!!!

With a crows' nest it offered great views of the sunrise and sunsets. It is a great location next door to Gulf Stream Cafe with great food. We have an annual family reunion (34 years)and have stayed here since it was built.

This is the second year we rented this property. We love the building with an extra security. We love the location, which is out of all the craziness of regular Myrtle Beach and their very quick walk from our unit to the beach! The unit has been renovated nicely. My favorite thing is the view of the ocean while sitting in my bed! My only complaint is in the year 2025. I can’t believe that we have to use ice trays constantly, and make our own ice! Please add an icemaker to the refrigerator!

We had a great time. The rental was perfect for our family of 7. It was a great location on the beach. Myrtle Beach was a short drive. Clean and well kept. No complaints at all!!!

This house was clean, very close to the beach and well-equipped. There was an issue with the clothes washer and elevator but the Maintenance and office stay were very helpful and took care of everything. The pool was small but perfect for what we wanted.
Parking area was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a week during the 4th of July holiday and we had a great time. We were able to check in before 4pm and the room was clean and the view was amazing. We did bring a lot of household items, since we were givin a heads up as to what items were available.
We already booked for next year.
We only wish there were ceiling fans.

We love 307. The master bedroom with a view of the ocean is amazing and the shower in the master was wonderful. We have stayed many times and love it. Garden City Realty aways help to make your stay comfortable.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with Unit 103. It is furnished completly and everything anyone would want or need is there to use including night lights in the baths. It is truly a home away from home where you can be completly comfortable and satisfied. The unit was also extremely clean.

This house is super cute and was just enough room for 4 adults, 2 kids, and a baby! The right distance from the beach one small maintenance call and they were right on our need! Kitchen is well stocked, pool is great! Quiet area! Will stay here again

It was good! This was our second time in this unit. Had hard time getting comfortable and sleeping, mattress very uncomfortable, ac unit was definitely more noisy than before. Overall very clean unit as it was before.
Disappointed situation at the beach, we couldn’t sit right at the beach due to beach rental chairs and had to pay for. We had to be behind them and at so many feet away. We felt the cost of unit and traveling 14 hours we should have been able sit right at the ocean with our own chairs an umbrella. Definitely limited beach space for renters and beach goers.
