This was our third visit to this condo. As usual, we had a great experience. The only complaints were a running toilet and TV remotes that worked less than ideally. My only suggestion for an improvement would be to put a lounge on the deck so I could nap! Also, we missed having an ice cream scoop!

We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and nicely decorated the condo was. We especially loved how small the building was, the private pool, and convenient access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable and the showers had great water pressure and no issues with staying hot. Allocated parking spot under the building is tricky to get into with an SUV so we ended up parking in one of the free spaces through the week without any issues. It would have been nice if an umbrella and some chairs were provided for the beach. We did find some beach toys in the unit. The listing said that there was a jetted tub and stereo system in the unit but there is not, this wasn’t a problem for us though. There also is no full length mirror which would have been nice. One thing to note is that the railing on the balcony does not seem very secure so we didn’t allow the kids out there much. We absolutely loved the family friendly location and the beach was not overly crowded. Check in/out was very easy, we liked that we didn’t have to pick up keys anywhere. We would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

First full family vacation in years, and the house suited us all quite well! Most popular spots were the beach, the porches, and the family room. We have already signed up for next year!

Very nice overall. Great location. Air conditioning was very loud in master bedroom when starts and stops.
Needs rugs for bathrooms so not to slip.

Our family enjoyed Tide Tonic Beach house. Everyone had their own bedroom/ bathroom and could have accommodated a couple more people if it were needed. The pool was a nice plus especially in The heat/humidity of a SC summer. The view of the beach across the street was nice but being on the inlet and having that view was stunning in the evenings. Great cross breezes under the house . A lot of time spent outside reading, swimming and tanning. Great parking at this home as well ! The only downside to this home was not allowing pets. Also the dryer wasn’t heavy duty enough to dry our beach towels . This is truly an awesome home and we would think about renting it again in the future

condo 106 we were not happy. 1) the couch was terrible, they had cardboard under the cushions. 2) the mattress was stained, warn, mattress cover hardly fit the bed. 3)the bathroom shower curtain was all stained at the bottom & was too long for the tub. 4) the coffee pot leaked all over the counter.
5)the verticule in the living room were dirty & sticky, the strings on the verticules was all tied together & broken.6) rugs were stained.

Shenandoah

Flip-flop in was a very cute and beach inspired decor. We love the Location and it was the perfect size for our family of eight. We loved and appreciated that it was dog friendly so that we could bring our sweet little dog with us instead of leaving her behind. We would definitely consider staying at the flip-flop in in the future. Garden City Realty was more than helpful.

We have stayed in this building 10 different summers. Its off the beaten path and very family friendly. With the pool and laundry center you never have to leave the property. My family loves this place at the beach!
