This is the best location in Garden City and is well overseen by Garden City Realty. Location speaks for itself with plenty of room, shore access and has all onne needs to enjoy a holiday. GCRI comlpetes the holiday with staff who are are immediately available when needed regardless of the request. The property was found to be as described and the 2nd floor location was very convenient for parking and trips to car when marketing. The views from the terrace were the place to be for the 6:23 am sunrise and nightly moon rise. Recommend highly the location, property and GCRI for one's next vacation.

This house was very spacious for our large family. We enjoyed the pool. I was very pleased that we were close enough to see the ocean and breathe the salt air. Hopefully we will be back to Mystic Tide! The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals for large groups.

I am very pleased with Garden City Realty. When we arrived the keys wouldn’t open the deadbolt lock. I called them & they sent a maintenance person over within 15 min. The home was well stocked with dishes & cooking utensils& pots. The decor was very beachy which I love! One problem we had was the refrigerator door would not close tightly. This was a problem 2 years ago when we stayed in this house. I would recommend replacing the refrigerator.. we did have a marvelous time & the house is in a good location for kids because there are no streets to cross to get to the beach . We did not eat out much because of COVID & having small children but our favorite restaurant is The Claw House in Murrel’s Inlet. They had outdoor seating there

There were a couple of issues because the house was sold and a new owner did not have the internet and cable turned on, but Garden City realty work hard to get everything turn on. The realty company and their people were great. The house was wonderful, pool refreshing, wish I was there today and not back at work! Only issue with the area is that there are not enough places to eat unless you want to wait 2 hour to get a table and beach access was a 1/4 mile walk from the house. But over all the house and Garden city realty were wonderful. We had good weather and fun. I would recommend this house and realty company if you want a stress free vacation.

Upon arrival the GCR inspector said that several TV remotes were missing and would be replaced. Never heard anything about that. We did without. The door codes didn't work so we contacted GCR and they were able to reprogram the codes remotely. Very professional maintenance department. We were surprised to find a King Bed in one room so the listing hasn't been updated for that upgrade. Bedrooms have AC window units and central air and some were still uncomfortably warm. Outdoor grill and some of the deck furniture needs to be replaced. Very pleased that linens were provided. A downstairs ice maker would be a great addition. Beach access and dock/inlet access was awesome.

This was our 2nd time renting Boston Commons; it is very quiet, perfect view of ocean just an all around wonderful place to stay, only draw back is parking, a little "cramped" if have a large vehicle.

Murrells Inlet

This was the easiest place to rent from. Everything I was promised came through. Highly recommend to others and family

Due to such late planning I called the office vice booking online. Susan was great to work with and sought out two properties that met my needs for a broken week schedule that wasn’t the traditional Sat to Sat model. Without her help we would have moved on to another beach up the coast and not have experienced Garden City Beach and it’s unique family beach feeling. Loved the proximity to the Garden City Pier. Live band every night was great. Only negative was the parking allowed for only one vehicle on sight. However the free overflow parking met our need, It was located about 2 miles away. The unit we stayed in could have used a handyman to fix the minor issues we encountered. Note: I didn’t report any problems as the issues didn’t change my experience and weren’t major concerns. Things such as loose and broken floor trim. But overall the place was cozy, cool and clean. We would stay in it again and would recommend to our friends and all others. Thanks for a great get a way experience.

LAKE CITY

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Murrays Inlet Shack. The house is in an ideal location because we take a boat with us and make use of the dock on the inlet. The pool is a nice feature. We were far enough from Sams Corner that we had no problem with traffic. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. We look forward to returning nest year.
