The Lazy "O" is beautiful! Well maintained, very clean, great location. Would love to stay there again. We needed help with operating the TV in the great room. Scott from Garden City Realty expertly and patiently showed us how the TV worked. The next day, while I was outside in the driveway, he stopped by (on his way to a call) and asked if all was still well with the TV. You can't beat that for going above and beyond in providing great customer service! Upon my return home, I thought I had left my cell phone charger. I called GCR, spoke to Diane, who did everything she could to help me. As it turned out, I found my charger; I had not left it after all. But, Diane, just like Scott, went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to help me. GCR will indeed get my business in the future!

This was our first time vacationing in Garden City and we will be back and plan to rent this same condo again. We love this area and especially enjoyed Murrells Inlet. The condo met all are expectations. It was well-equipped and comfortable. The large deck with nice furniture provided a fantastic view. We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation and this condo and location delivered. Very pleased!

Surf Master 811 is a lovely, well furnished and equipped unit. The views from the balcony were stunning in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Bonus points for ample parking and fast elevators in the highly maintained building.

We like the location and the condo this is our second year here.
We have already reserved next year.

This year we had some issues. The Wi-Fi did not work and none of the trouble shooting worked.

The door lock was also not working properly. We had to leave the room unlocked several times due to the lock not engaging.

Also we noticed some of the units had the beach chairs and umbrellas included with the room. This would be a nice amenity to have and one less thing the guest have to worry about while on vacation.

Absolutely loved this wonderful house with all it's extras. The pool was awesome as was the hot tub. Great view of the marsh and ocean. Clean and well maintained. No issues to speak of. Couple of little things but they were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great vacation experience.

Judy Walton was abosolutely terrific. I called a week in advance of our our trip with questions as a result of bad reviews regarding cleanliness and inadequate air conditioning. Judy responded, probably beyond her responsibilities, and visited the condo personnally to confirm that the AC had been repaired and was working properly. She also scheduled a cleaning for the carpet and had some new glasses and skillets placed in the unit to ensure an adequate compliment of cookware and table ware. She was very cordial...a real jewel!!

We love this house! This will be our third year staying here. It’s always very clean and the kitchen has EVERYTHING! The covered pool is small but perfect for kids and rainy days. The beds are also very comfortable. We have not found any other house as great as this one!

Only two complaints about the condition of the property: (1) kitchen faucet dripped constantly; (2) throw rugs in bathroom were in need of laundering. Otherwise, the property was perfect for us and in an excellent location, close to grocery store and restaurants. We couldn't believe how close the beach was! We loved the balcony/deck and the fact you could access the beach from it. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We will definitely consider staying at this property should we return to Myrtle Beach.
