Beautiful home with a nice front deck (on ocean side), very close to beach, excellent screened in porch (great for morning coffee!!!) Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean. Very nice!!!

Bobby Streett was the most welcoming southern we have met to date! Moving from Massachusetts in a pandemic and with a housing market that is crazy was not easy, but then we met Bobby. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the RE market; in addition, he gave us great referrals to help us move. we loved it but not looking at people heads right outside our window in hot tube we did not like. Very small bathroom and not enough wash clothes,other than that it was a beautiful place.

Everything was good starting with the rental company through the end of our stay. The restaurants we visited were friendly, we met some great people all out to dinner and had great conversations. The beach experience was almost perfect except for the guy with the radio blasting 70's and 80's southern rock tunes. Sorry, I'd rather listen to the ocean (we've never experienced that before). Also spent time by the pool, it was divine. and we always have fun watching the sun set from the pier. Happy memories.

This was the nicest place we have stayed in the Summer House community. We have stayed in 3 others and we enjoyed this one the most. The one thing we missed is ceiling fans but it is not a game changer...we would definitely stay here again!!
