We had a wonderful vacation. Just what we needed at the end of a hot summer. The weather was just right and we enjoyed the beach every day. I love the location and lay out of the condo. A large balcony with lots of view. The furniture and carpet was outdated but clean. I plan to stay here again next year.

Everything was good except for the broken elevator. It was out of service for ~24 hours. (Not repaired in a timely manner). We are a handicapped couple and require an elevator. We lost one whole day of our 3 day mini vacation

It was clean... property is a little older but in decent shape. This particular room could use a little paint and culk redone around sinks. Lots of dishes and silverware, etc... furniture was comfy and living area was roomy. Staff was great parking was fine. The only thing I would recommend is an Ice machine on premises. Ice machine in room was slow. Love that there is an office in the building for Garden City Reality and lived the keypad vs. a key to get in and out. Overall though great stay!!!
