Well, things were very quiet & restful til Hurricane Helene decided to come onshore in FL & move up the coast. So what does THAT have to do w/our stay? Well, Jackie & Robin were wonderful to help us with issues that could have & did arise from this event. Not only did they help us, they were so kind & patient with us as well. Then there's Dan, the Maintenance Man. When we had a problem, he was right there to help us resolve it. There is NO BETTER service from anyone, anywhere than Garden City Realty! THEY. ARE. THE. BEST. AND. ONLY GAME. IN. TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

House and pool are great. Short walk to beach. This area of the beach seems less crowded than other areas close by. New pots and knives this year improved the kitchen supplies. Plan to be back next year.

THIS IS ONE OF IF NOT THE BEST VACATION RENTAL CONDOS THAT WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT. THE CONDO ITSELF, THE BEACH, AND THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE.

Our vacation was a wonderful experience. The house was well equipped except we would have liked to have a couple of recliners in living room. No recliners at all.

June was excellent. We bought our place 5 years prior and was so impressed we contacted her to sell it. Very detailed, honest and sincere. Loved working with her. Very efficient and quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. Can't say enough! She treated us like we were the only clients. Followed through all the details with the sale process to the very end of the closing.

We are so excited about coming to Garden City again. It is our little piece of heaven every year.

This year we are staying at Tide Tonic from 8/6 -8/13. We will also have the pleasure of a brand new boat that my nephew bought from Murrells Inlet. So much to look forward to. A photo session would be great because my daughter is newly engaged. Thanks, Garden City Realty, for all the memories!

Condo well appointed. WE did NOT enjoy waiting for over two hours for the elevator to be repaired so we could leave Tuesday. I took everything to the car, came back to get my handicap husband, arrived at the elevator, ready to head home. Pushed the button and neither elevator was working. Waited two hours for a repair. That wait caused me to have to drive through Monroe and then 485 towards Charlotte in the DARK as we headed home. Traffic on 485 3 lanes across and 70 miles per hour. NOT a good way to end our vacation. Arrived home much later than we planned.

Lindo Mar is a well maintained oceanfront house managed by Garden City Realty. My wife and I enjoyed mornings on the back porch watching the sunrise and, later, all of the activity on the beach. In the late afternoon, we enjoyed the front screened porch watching walkers and traffic go by. It was a relaxing get away which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Garden City Realty was very accommodating and all of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A great group of folks.

We had a very good experience. The place was vacant the week before so we were able to get in at 11:00 the day of check-in. Everything we needed was available from small appliances to silverware and cooking utensils. The best part was the view from the porch. The beach is about 15 feet from the porch so you have the feeling of being on the beach at all times. Air conditioning worked great and there is a small washer and dryer that came in handy to help keep up with the clothes. There were no issues with parking and after the first couple of days, people kept their parking spaces. The photos accurately describe the place so there were no surprise disappointments.
