We loved this house! The location was great and the house, pool and small beach area was exactly what we were looking for. Some opportunities for improvment would be that there were quite a few bugs on the lowest level, mold inside the dishwasher, and some areas of the house (like showers) had not been cleaned before our stay.

Excellence on all points regarding the Penthouse. Lady in office at check-in was not friendly, actually rude. This was our second visit to Surfmaster and will come back but disposition of personnel in office needs improvement.

I was very satisfied with my unit and my experience with Garden City Realty. This is my second year booking with them and I would recommend them highly. When we arrived to the unit we realized our vehicle which is a full sized truck with a full crew cab was not going to be able to park under the unit. I called the after hours line and was immediately helped. They found us a parking spot at another unit nearby that could accommodate our needs. They have a friendly top notch staff! Will definitely use and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation rental!

Our daughter picked Myrtle Beach for her Senior trip...our entire family came and it was wonderful! Perfect spot for what we were doing!
The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. We were able to take several walks to the beach with it being so close. Can't wait to go back!

We were disappointed in the unit,1010. It is in need of an overhaul. Needs carpeting in bedrooms and living room. Lighting was not good and the TV was terrible. We have a different unit for 2014. Also, the living room furniture was in need of replacing, but the building was great.

Overall a nicely decorated unit & pleasant stay. Only cons are limited parking spaces (especially tight for trucks) & unreliable in unit internet service (service disconnects periodically throughout day & night for no apparent reason).
