Cloud 9 was central to everything:Myrtle Beach,Murrells Inlet,shopping, restaurants etc. The highlight was of course to most incredible ocean view from the huge porch which was so comfortable and spacious! It was sooo convenient to virtually step off the porch and on to the beach. Sometimes we actually had a private beach there were so few people. We sat in chairs at night and watched the shooting stars and fireworks from the north and south. It truly was a magical time in our beach cottage which was comfortable. It would be nice if the beds were updated to queens and were a little more comfortable, but otherwise a great house to spend the week!

Loved the house. We stayed Thanksgiving week 2021. The pool area looked great and we absolutely loved sitting on the dock and watching the sunsets and even the fishing boats. Beds were really comfortable. House was in great shape.

Only complaint i would have is that the bathrooms need some TLC. The master on the main level doesnt have a shower so we showered in the bathroom next door. The shower door was gross. Upstairs the toilet in the master bedroom made loud noises when it was trying to shutoff. Tank insides need replaced.

Over all was a great place to stay in a quiet area of garden city/Murrels inlet

The dock and views over the inlet are top notch!

My family and I had a wonderful time here The views are great all around and the place is very clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Master bedroom is away from the other bedrooms which offers nice privacy. It was wonderful waking up to ocean sounds and drinking our coffee on the balcony and then falling asleep to the ocean sounds. The Conche Cafe a few steps from the condo has great food and drinks. It was perfect and exactly what we needed.

We have been to Myrtle Beach many times, and stayed in a few different places. The condo in Sea Master was perfect for us. Plenty of beds, and right on the beach ! Perfect !

Our overall experience was increible! We traveled from Milwaukee, WI via minivan with our family of 6 and after the 16 hour drive we were very impressed with the rental unit. There was more than enough space for all of us, very well decorated, and in the perfect location for all of the coastal attractions. The provided amenities allowed us to travel lighter, all we needed were cloths and our hygiene items. The cleanliness of the property was in very good condition and the furnishings are all well maintained. You cant ask for a better loacted unit, the property is on the beach which by the way you'll be able to see from the screened in porch in the unit, and you'll be able to enjoy the swimming pool on the property as well. Your walking distance from live entertainment and dining. Our kids really enjoyed the pier which has a full bar for adults and video games and other activities for children as well, and if you get hungry while your up there they have a grill and ice cream for some lunch/dinner/desert... I'd definetly recommend this unit to all that are looking to have a relaxing beach side experince and promise that you wont be disappointed!

Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to locate a new property at the last minute for a one month stay in your area. The staff was most helpful and very cooperative in helping locate a suitable place. We were quite happy with the property, so much so, that we will return to this property in March of next year. Thanks to the Housekeeping staff also for finding and holding some items which we had overlooked as we departed. They cheerfully and promptly agreed to mail the items at the soonest opportunity. They could not have assisted us in a more thoughtful and kind way. We are very happy to make our arrangements through Garden City Realty and will continue to do so in the future. Our stay was fantastic!!! We were very pleased with our stay in Boston Commons. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved everything about Boston Commons. It had everything we needed. The pool was great, the yard and grilling area was great. The only, and I mean only complaint that I have is about the elevator. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't . It honestly scared me a couple of times, it needs an air vent or something. it gets really hot in there. It needs to be fixed. I'm not sure if it is a mechanical problem, or if the penthouse has something to do with it.(Maybe they were holding the door open?) Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We would definitely consider staying there again. I have even recommend it to my friends! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home.

We have rented this house probably 4 or 5 times. 3 of the times once we arrive the cable & WiFi has been out.

The house is great but the sliding glass door to the beach sticks and squeaks and we couldn’t change it. The kids & some of the adults struggled opening it.

If you are sleeping above this room it’s all you hear night & day

The property was right on the water and the ease to the beach was amazing. The condo itself needs some updating, the furniture is old and worn, the shower heads need to be replaced and there was no ladder to get to the top of the bunkbeds. Property was clean and had a great view.

We brought 13 of our family to the Myrtle Beach area for a family vacation. All 6 of our grandchildren, ages 13 -5 were experiencing the ocean for the first time. We chose this house because it was right on the beach but also had a pool, which we all enjoyed immensely! The accommodations were perfect for our size family. We never felt cramped and it had plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. The only thing we could have used is a small supply of cleaning products so we could clean up through out the week without having to go purchase those. We would definitely recommend this property and hope we can use it again in the future. Garden City Realty were great to deal with and always very responsive when we had a question prior to our arrival. We never had a problem during our stay so did not need to contact them during our week there. Would highly recommend this company!

Very nice condo! Upon checkout, I told the agent that I wanted to rebook the condo for next year and asked if I could call them back later in the day to reserve. I was told that would be fine, no problem. Once I got home, I called to book for 2027 (around 12:30). I was told the unit was rented just a couple of hours prior to my return call. I was told it would be fine to call back, so I don’t understand why the agent did not place the unit on hold for 24 hours. I was offered a 24 hour hold when I had to look for another property with Garden City Reality (who I used to book unit 310 for 2026).
The only negative about the condo itself was the loud music and teenagers screaming at the pool most evenings of the week. It was so loud you could not enjoy your conversations and/or shows you may be watching. You want people to enjoy their time at the beach, but also be courteous of the other tenants. The noise and screaming was so loud one night, that we had to call security.
