Home was clean and well maintained with all amenities as described in brochure. the location was just what we wanted..would highly recommend this property for families with children, and also for older folks ..the wooden walkway to the beach is great, the out door shower with both hot and cold water a real treat . also the "gathering " rooms were more than adequate and the inclosed sun porch a dream .. thx so much !!!

Our unit was beautiful, clean and offered a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. It was quiet most of the time, and the Management company kept us informed about the construction that was going on at the time of our visit. Construction was a bit annoying because of the parking situation, but it was done quickly and only inconvenienced us for a short time.

My family has been going to the beach every other year for 30 years, and this condo unit was the best we have ever stayed in. Well equipped, nicely decorated, with one of the best locations within the complex. We loved it!

We had a very good vacation last week. The weather was beautiful, and this condo was the best we've ever stayed in. The decor was beautiful, be achy but not overdone. Traveling to shopping areas and restaurants was convenient and not too far. The local "Conch Cafe" had a great atmosphere, food, cost, and was walking distance which we loved. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

I’ve come here and stayed at the Royal Garden 3of the last 5 winters. It’s one of my favorite places to stay. Close to everything and even has a bar, The Salty Pickle on the ground floor. The pickle is a great place to go for events and drinks.

Perfect accommodations for a family of 9. Location was excellent - the home is beautifully updated and laid out. Incredibly well stocked for a rental. Grounds were was just fantastic! We would come back again, for sure!

We rent the same house every year for the same week and we love it. I only wish that we could specify the amount of days we want to rent instead of having to wait and see if someone rents the week after you,in order to extend your time out.

We have rented this unit several times. We like the location very much and it suits the needs of our family. However, there was a new heat/air system and the master bedroom was very cold in comparison to the remainder of the unit. Perhaps we just never got the hang of how to get the bedroom cooled properly, hence my 4 stars for our overall satisfaction. Also, the kitchen is well-stocked with kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, etc. The cleaners could have done a better job of cleaning the floors. They were a bit gritty. Otherwise, the unit was clean when we arrived.

We love this condo. 3rd or 4th time staying here.
Owner has made upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. Love the deck chairs and view of the beach. The beds are comfortable, so is the sofa. Has stackable washer and dryer. We can never get the front shower to work but there are 2 other showers. Love the new oven with air fryer function. Fridge is new, but ice maker is quarky. Cant wait to see what other improvements this owner makes. Will stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at the house we knew we were going to have a wonderful week of fun and relaxation. The house was clean and well furnished and included more than enough dishes, cookware and utensils for our large crowd of 12. At the time of our stay there were 5 boogie boards, 5 usable beach chairs, several inflatable floats, and lots of buckets, shovels and such to keep the little ones happy. A small charcoal grill was on the deck for our burgers and shrimp cookout. We really enjoyed the screened in porch to watch the amazing sunrises while drinking our coffee and watching the Dolphins swim by. The only problem we encountered was with the bedding. The only comfortable bed was the king size bed. The other mattresses were very uncomfortable. We rate the house as 5 star and the bedding as 2 star.
