Absolutely loved Penthouse D. We all enjoyed the condo and want to thank the owners and Garden City for yet another wonderful vacation at the Surfmaster. This beautiful condo was just perfect for our family! The ease of this first floor property is great, we never had to get on an elevator and the keyless entry was definitely a plus with seven of us. The only complaint was that it could have been cleaner. The weather was terrible, but we made the best of it and thoroughly enjoyed the amazing view of the ocean even during the storms!

Ease of getting keys, very nicely decorated and clean property. Have stayed in other units in the Beach House but this was taken care of very well. Balcony furniture nice. Very well supplied in the kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and enough extras if you forgot something. We had rented an umbrella and chairs, but we found their Tommy Bahama chairs were fabulous!

The overall stay was fantastic 1st read cancellation policy closely we changed reservation which they weren't able to refund one dime of the money deposited..but in Friday before our checkout checkout Saturday someone was already moving in..2nd if a large family double check pool size. 3rd needed battery changed on a chirping smoke detector never got it changed..also check parking regulations..we were asked to move a trailer after 4 days.of being parked in a spot that so said could not park
there(hoa)perhaps? Our family had a great 's the small things that make a difference. Our vacation planner Pam was a pleasure to work with. A great place to rent from. Just be sure you know everything up front!

This home is meticulously maintained and very well decorated with cheery bright colors and cute accents. The location is perfect! We had a short 2 min walk to the beach and the coffee shop. The home has detailed instructions for every component in the home from light switches to remotes, to make you feel even more relaxed and at home. Our dogs loved the access to green area and the lack of carpet in the home makes the space feel clean, being pet friendly. It was a little chilly to use the pool, but looks very refreshing! We’re already planning our next stay here. By far the nicest and most relaxing home we’ve stayed in the Garden City area.

Our daughter picked Myrtle Beach for her Senior trip...our entire family came and it was wonderful! Perfect spot for what we were doing!
The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. We were able to take several walks to the beach with it being so close. Can't wait to go back!
