I've been Renting houses for vacation from Garden City Rentals for a few yrs, I've always been very pleased with the rental properties I've choosen, this year my Famiy had a very good time and we will be back next year, the home was clean, the pool needs repair, but the kids enjoyed it anyway, the pool guy was on his job! rating #5, maintenance was great any complaints they're always available, I just love Garden City Realty!!

We had an AWESOME vacation! The accommodations were outstanding. We rented the Summer House-Clinkscales. It was the perfect location for our family. We would definitely rent this location in the future.

The condo was spacious and had a fantastic view. We enjoyed the colorful beach decor of the unit throughout all the rooms. The condo was very clean, and its location was easy access to everywhere we needed to go. We will be returning for future stays.

Nice condo, family had rented other units in building so fun beach time all together. Only bad thing was evening balcony time was ruined by heavy smokers to our left, tobacco and pot smoke was overwhelming at times.

I have family in the area and we stay here every time we come down. We love the place and feel at home. We expect to be coming many times in the future.
This was the first time we had any issues. The washer left grease marks on 3 loads of laundry. I will continue to visit however may do the laundry at my Dad's house.

Great place! Only a couple of things wrong. Had trouble with the sliding glass doors locking, and the dust bunnies under and behind the furniture. Other than that we loved our stay! This was a memorial trip for our Mom (passed in 2025) and Dad(passed in 2013) My sister and I really enjoyed our trip.

The only problem with our stay was the elevators. One stayed broken half of the week and one night both were broken. We had to climb 15 stairs -- no fun when you have bad knees.
