What a treasure it has been to work with Garden City Realty. We have had the pleasure of working with the company since we purchased in Surf Master in the year 2009. Since that day, the staff has gone out of their way to make sure our guests stay happy and the condo is taken care of. Though life circumstances have changed over the years, the staff at Garden City Realty has remained consistent and reliable. We are thankful for our relationship with them and hope to continue doing business for many years to come.

Our stay was short due to the huricane weather. It would have been nice to have a small credit or an offer of a disscount on our next visit. The lock on the sliding glass door was broke and the ceilings in the bathrooms were starting to break. The master
mathroom only had hot water. This is not a bad review. We loved it their and would go back. It was a nice place for the family vacation

Surfmaster was a wonderful place for my family, as it has been in years past. Condo was nice, great beach access and no trouble parking. No complaints...will stay again for sure.

Great location! Very clean and well maintained oceanfront unit. Couldn’t hear any neighbors (not even on their balconies) and the building was full! Never had to wait for an elevator. Only upgrade I would recommend is new master mattress & box springs or bed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Surf Master 202! It was immaculate! I would definitely stay there again. The location was great. We rented beach chairs from the lifeguard for the week at a reasonable rate and didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The pool and the hot tub were clean and well maintained. When we were not on the beach or at the pool, we were in Murrells Inlet on the Marsh Walk. The food and music were fantastic. We also docked our boat at Marlin Quay Marina and fished in the inlet for a few days. We caught several fish. We also hung out at Garden City Pier and enjoyed karaoke. Sam's Corner and Garden City Pancake house were great places to eat as well.

We had a great stay at Beach House 110. The condo was very clean. The unit had some nice updates like fresh carpet. Linen service was so helpful. My only ‘criticism’ was that the kitchen was over filled with a mishmash of stuff. It would be nice if it was paired down and more intentional so guests had more room for their food and stuff.

Just wanted a nice place right on the water so we could enjoy the sunrise and the sound of the ocean. Love the beach in the winter months. I didn't have to leave my bed to see the sunrise. The surf was so close you could sleep with the sound of the waves. The property was immaculate and the whole process was so low key. Love Garden City Reality!

Beautiful and well kept condo. We enjoyed two “recliners” just like home!!! A very quiet area and the condo was so comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the electric fireplace in the living area and the fully stocked kitchen. The large walk in shower was simply wonderful!!!
