We allowed our daughter to pick where we stayed this year, and I am so glad we did. Garden City reality was helpful and so kind, they made it easy and answered any questions we had. The condo was beautiful and clean, it was home away from home. I enjoyed that they only rent to families so it was a peaceful and fun experience. The location is ideal for shopping and eating out, without having to deal with the rat race in other areas of the beach. I love Garden City! and I loved the Sun dial, our time just passed too quickly.

This condo has the best kitchen. It's been updated and works well. The bathroom floors, toilets,and vanities have been updated. The master bath would be better with an updated shower. I also would prefer all floors without carpet. But you couldn't beat the views. Can sit in the living room and feel like you're at the beach. Absolutely stunning views!

Two weeks in late October at Pierside Paws with wife and pooch was delightful. The location was perfect and the weather beautiful.The home is beautiful and clean and has every amenity we could want.

We recently stayed at suite 202 at Marlin Quay in Garden City.
location was great,less than 5 minute walk to beach, overlooking marina and the marsh walkway at murrell's inlet. Outside area was always clean,pools in great condition
Condo inside furniture in good condition
Beds very comfortable,bathrooms in very good condition. suggest that cushions for patio furniture need to be replaced and carpets in bedrooms could use a cleaning but overall I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

We really enjoyed our first time stay in this beachfront rental. The property was clean and had great amenities such as a well stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, etc. With covid, we cooked all of our meals in the condo. It is only a few steps to the ocean. A beautiful sunrise greets you every morning. We would definitely rent again, and recommend it to friends.
