We love this property and try to stay here whenever we can. Coming to the same place year after year makes it feel like our second home. The location is great the building and condo are amazing. This year the box spring I. The master was broken. Not a lot to be done but not super comfortable. However, I know that Garden City Rentals will fix it quickly and it won’t be an issue next year. They are kind and responsive

Boston Commons is right on the beach. A great location for a nice relaxing vacation at the beach. It is a few miles from Murrells Inlet for great food. There are a few restaurants within a 1/2 mile but since we go out for dinner and do breakfast and lunch in the condo it works great for us. It is an older property but well kept. The indoor pool is clean but showing its age. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved the place and all of the extra touches like books, puzzles, kids toys etc. BUT the living room was awful to sit in. It’s so bad I couldn’t even stand up on my own.....I had to have help every time and it wasn’t very comfortable either. I saw the bad furniture reviews from last year and assumed something had been done about it. Nope. My star reviews are based on the living room furniture and the challenges we had with it. Otherwise the star reviews would have been all 5s. Would definitely stay again if there’s new living furniture.

We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. GOOD - Handover was seamless. Instructions were clear. Location to pier was a doable walk. Mini-mart next door was convenient. BAD - only one parking pass and lot was tight. Pull out mattress not sleepable - just a sheet covering springs.

Do yourself a favor call Drew!

Drew Dellinger is a true professional! If you are considering a purchase or a sale of a property on the Grand Strand do yourself a favor and call Drew first. You will not regret it. I live out of state so I was worried about completing the sale of my condo in Murrells Inlet. I had a detailed conversation with Drew prior to listing with him. Drew has a wealth of knowledge and insight that made the process of selling EZ. He has a local contractor complete some repairs for me at a reasonable price. Drew also sourced a local attorney to handle the sale too. Anytime I had a question Drew called back immediately or sent me an email. He's a down to Earth fellow too so do not hesitate to call him if you want to sell or buy a property. His website is also great too. Oh, and my property sold in a few days and the deal closed fast. We had a party of 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious and the open concept on the main area was perfect for a large group. The views and short walk to the beach was fantastic. The house could have been a bit cleaner when entering, but we went in armed with our cleaning supplies anyways. Good tip to bring a Swiffer for the week to grab the lingering sand from the beach. Walmart is very close and easy to do a pickup order. The rental company is also very close and it made check-in/out very easy-everyone there is super friendly! We can't wait to get back here!
