We had a wonderful two weeks at Surfmaster Penthouse I. The Condo was well furnished and maintained, with new furniture on the wonderful outdoor decks. Everyone at Garden City Realty who we encountered was very nice and helpful.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The condo was beautiful inside and everything was exactly as it was described. It was just the right fit for our family of six. The building was easy to navigate and there was nothing at all that we could complain about! We are hoping to come back soon!

The only thing I would do different is the floor. It holds dirt in crevices and does not get clean when washed. Your feet are always dirty walking in condo.

The room was great and the beds were comfortable the only thing that wasn’t so great was the washer door was almost broken off and the washer leaked when you used it and it also smelled really bad. I tried to clean the washer but it didn’t help.

The house was great. Second time we have stayed here. The dishwasher didn’t work but we did t really need it and so wasn’t an issue. The location is perfect for relaxing in front porch and enjoying the scenery.

Great place to spend a week relaxing and enjoying the beach. Unfortunately the first few days were during bike week. Lots of loud noisy bikes kept us awake at night, but after the bikes left town it was peaceful again. Room has some nice updates since last year. The flooring is new as well as the bedding and kitchen lighting. The king bed is very comfortable and new bedding is beautiful. Hoping the kitchen appliances are going to be replaced soon as they are showing some wear and tear. Overall a nice place for a couple to stay and enjoy the beach.

Very satisfied with our “new” rental!! At the last minute our reservation had to be changed due to damage at our original rental. Robin assisted us to find a comparable unit and she did! We were so happy with our rebooked rental we want to return to it next year! We are waiting for the opportunity to book this unit for next May. Thanks Garden City Realty for allowing our vacation to be epic and not lost!

great house and location - perfect for what i wanted -
been staying in that area for 40 years. the outside back porch lights didnt work or we could not figure how to turn them on . only outside lights in front that worked were front porch light and light up stairs. very dark from car to steps and we had 2 people in their 90's. those are very minor but you may want to seee why they dont work .

My comments are simple... I'm looking at the calendar trying to figure when I can return in 2015 and get Strike II reserved as my family and I want to stay there again. W/out question, Strike II is the best property we've ever had.
