Overall it was great! The condo is beautiful! Bed sleep well!
The kitchen was not very well equipped. Needed a few simple things a plastic pitcher. Kids safe and dishwasher safe dishes. All of the dishes were glass and heavy for kids! A few mixing bowls.
I called and reported a few things , but nothing was fixed! The Conor of the rug in master bedroom was curled up causing a tripping hazard! The first bedroom on the left had a loose door threshold. Causing another tripping hazard! The living room blinds look to be broken . So we didn’t try to close them. The door handle was loose on the front door! But most of all the living room furniture was uncomfortable and not enjoyable to set on! Love that it was leather but couldn’t enjoy watching a movie together! Needs small sectional . Plus two recliners.

We rented a house on the beach through Garden City Realty to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Garden City Realty kept us informed in regards to the virus situation and we were pleased to be able to continue with our plans. The house was perfect for us! Our children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to go back next year! I also would like to mention that the floor in front of the kitchen sink was very wet and we discovered a leak under the sink. A call was made and a repair person came to the house promptly. I highly recommend using this company for your beach house rental.

The house had been recently remodeled with new furniture. This was our fifth year in this location because we love " License to Chill". It is close to the beach, has a private pool, lots of bedrooms, and now with the upgrades is even better.

It was very nice. We stayed there last year and very much enjoyed our visit again..We plan on returning again next year..The only concern is their's not enough dishes and coffee cups.

We love Garden City! Been a favorite vacation spot for years. Loved this unit! We like that it is 2 miles away from all the action of the pier. Makes for quieter times and less crowded beaches. This unit is great. Well stocked. Plenty of seating. It was comfortable and clean! The only problem was the queen size bed in the guest room could use a new mattress, the one there is very soft and you roll to the center. The primary bedroom and the king/bunk room was very comfortable.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the location. Great to cross the street and be at the beach. All the appliances worked including the air conditioning. Loved that it had two bathrooms

We stayed in unit 1102 at One ocean place. The unit was well stocked and clean, the view was amazing! The only downfall was that one ocean place installed a new system for the gates to enter the condo parking area which worked when it wanted to. The system for the gates to get to the pool and ocean just aggravating. I understand the reason why they were installed but there has to be an easier way to enter and exit these areas.

For the most part my rental was great. There were a few issues like the elevator repair and that the condo needs upkeep repairs and updating and notifications needing to be sent when major work in the building need to be forwarded to the renters. But in all it was a good vacation and a place to return next year.

Our experience at Love’s a Beach as a family of 9 was great. We had all ages 9-71 and the layout was perfect. Beautiful beach and ocean views. Location is perfect. Close enough to the fun but far enough for peace and quiet.
Our only two complaints were ants and the air filters. We had quite the problem with ants and they persisted even after they came out to spray. I think they whole house needs to be treated not just a few rooms. Also, the air conditioner was struggling to keep up. We checked the filters and the were pretty clogged.
The nice thing is that both issues were dealt with within hours so even though the ants persist the reality company did their absolute best at trying to correct both problems in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was clean and well maintained. The unit looked recently remodeled so everything was new and inviting. I do not have kids, but the unit provided games and puzzles for kids and adults to enjoy as well as items for the beach. There is nothing like falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean. The sunrise views from the balcony were spectacular.

I have always had good experiences, well-trained staff to work with me, and pleasant, eager to please outcomes in my rentals. Therefore, why fix (change) something if it isn't broken. I truly am thankful for GCR!
