This is our second stay at "one Ocean Place RM 403." The layout and the room décor is absolutely stunning. Everything is in tip top shape, the furniture is fit for a king and a queen. Which makes it real nice when the weather doesn't cooperate. My wife and I spent many hours just sitting on the ottoman in front of the windows. I would recommend condo to everyone-Very well taken care of condo. Garden city realty are wonderful to deal with, our 4th adventure with them. If that tells you anything. Wonderful place to stay. Our family enjoys fishing,the pool,sitting on the dock at night and so much more. It's just across the street from the beach.The house was spotless and so pretty. The owners are so nice as well as the realty company. We love Murrys Inlet Shack and would recommend it to anyone.

This unit has been newly refurbished and it was really nice. This is our seventh trip to Myrtle Beach and this was the nicest unit of all that we have rented. The weather was windy and cold this year and the condo was so nice when we had to be inside. We highly recommend this unit.

We have stayed at Compass Rose for 7 summers. It is our favorite place for many reasons. It has a great screened-in porch view of the beach and beautifully landscaped swimming pool. It is quiet, but at the same time, convenient to attractions, restaurants, and shopping, if that's what you want. My family loves Compass Rose!

This condo is stunning and it an amazing location. Clean, had everything we needed, and the personnel at Garden City Reality were always pleasant to speak with. We only had one issue with our front door not want to close well and within the day it was fixed. Also, the dryer does take awhile to dry even if it is a small load. We had 6 people staying in the condo, but did not feel crowded. We have already booked for next year.

Loved the open layout of Strike II and the two separate sitting areas with their own TVs and plenty of seating. Separate 1⁄2 bath on the first floor was nice. Enjoyed the front and back porches, both with steps to the ground—easier to flag down the ice cream truck! The ice maker was a fabulous amenity. I fortunately packed my crock pot and big griddle as they were not part of the kitchen stock. House is supposed to have premier trash service with no need to drag cans to the street but ours was missed on Tuesday. GCR called but despite refuse company’s promise to return on Wednesday, there was no service until the next regular pickup on Friday when we made sure to drag the cans to the street (owners may want to reconsider this expense). A small Amazon order placed for delivery to the house was routed through USPS for delivery but ended up being undeliverable—we assume because there is no physical mailbox for this house. We enjoyed our stay at Strike II, special family memories were made, and we would recommend!
