Our group has stayed in many different house mostly in the Surfside area. This house was by far the best equipped, best laid out house we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of room for all. The pool was great with some shade and some sun and PLENTY of space all around for hanging out. Hot tub was a nice addition. The beach was very private - at least 200 ft. from the nearest beachgoers from the State park on the left and a stray family here and there for at least a 1/2 mile to the right. VERY quiet neighborhood with little traffic and nice neighbors. Great stay - will be back again.

We really liked the convenience being on the first floor and having a locked balcony. Modern decor, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Only recommendation is have larger beds in second bedroom. Beds seems to be bunk bed size, smaller than standard twins,so not adequate for adults' comfort in your group, could use full or standard twins instead.

Great location. Perfect place to stay if you are looking to enjoy the beach and all the activities the area has to offer. We would start our day with coffee just staring out the window at the ocean. Then we would end our night with the door cracked to fall asleep listening to the ocean. Would rent this place again ina heartbeat.

I love not having to go to the realty’s office to check in and out. Customer service was excellent. Our condo was beautiful inside and we had everything we needed.

Better twin is a nice home in a great location. Quick walk to the beach. Quiet area. Could use new pots and pans and kitchen utensils but otherwise nice house.

The four of us had a wonderful, relaxing week! We loved the large balcony/deck and easy access to the beach, although a fourth deck chair would have been appreciated.
