Love this condo 202 Boston Common. The staff is awesome and very polite, prompt, offering services that are beyond and above those described on the rental site! Adam with maintenance was efficient and friendly yet professional, a comforting feeling for sure. Our contact with your realtor yesterday, was very nice, took our comments and questions attentively and responsive. We received our missing linens yesterday, just a few hours after our call! Boston Commons is right on the beach. A great location for a nice relaxing vacation at the beach. It is a few miles from Murrells Inlet for great food. There are a few restaurants within a 1/2 mile but since we go out for dinner and do breakfast and lunch in the condo it works great for us. It is an older property but well kept. The indoor pool is clean but showing its age. I would highly recommend this property.

This is the fifth time staying at Surf Master. All in a different unit. Every time it has been amazing, units are exactly as advertised. Location is perfect, close enough to everything but in a nice family beach area. From booking to check out staff very informative and helpful any small issue has been dealt with right away. Looking forward to my next stay

The house was in a great location, very clean, and spacious. The master bedrooms (both upstairs and on the main level) had two bathrooms, which was very nice with a large family. The upstairs master bedroom a/c broke twice, leaving us to sleep two nights in a row with a/c, so it was quite uncomfortable. However, Garden City Realty did respond quickly with a portable unit to help us until it was fixed. Even with the small portable unit, it was still 80 degrees because the master bedroom is so large. I loved the easy access to the beach and the large deck. I would stay here again, the only thing missing is a pool.

Just a few items to note: the drywall is in worse condition than in previous years, and looks to need attention. Also, the filter in the refrigerator needs replaced. I love the addition of keyless entry, it has certainly added convenience over the last few stays.

Very pleased with the service and ability to place rentals

We have owned our unit for a number of years and visited frequently until I retired five years ago. We never rented the place, but when we moved to the Midwest it sat vacant for long periods. We didn't want to part with the unit. Our children still live in the area and we enjoy visiting periodically, and they also liked to use it occasionally. We contacted with Drew at Garden City Realty, and have been very pleased with their service and ability to place rentals. Our occupancy is around 90%, and we simply block out the times our extended family want to use the unit.

Our family enjoyed spreading out in this spacious house. Plenty of seating, great dining room table. Comfy living room. Mattress in MB was good (firm), the rest about average for a rental. Loved hanging out in the hammock below the house and the chairs. Outdoor showers were convenient. Very short walk to the beach. Super convenient. Fun environment. The bathrooms were small. If you need space and accessibility in the bathrooms, this might not be the house for you. Most of the house was cooled well. However, the northeast bedroom did not get the same AC cooling as the rest of the house.

Great stay per usual! This is our 5th year renting and we LOVE this house. There are some things we wish were better and it doesn’t seem like there have been many updates over the years except TVs, which is nice. The deck and walkway really neeed to be redone, we had multiple splinters that had to be removed from adult and children’s feet. The dresser drawers also fall out so watch your toes, and the beds are squeaky. But the spot on the beach is unbeatable and why our large family keeps coming back. It’s our little private escape and being so close to the beach is worth facing some of the things that could be better.
