I was desperate to get to the beach and out of quarantine for awhile. My friend put me in touch with Mary Black at Garden City Realty. She immediately worked with me and my budget and I stayed in a perfect spot ocean front condo. Could not have been better. I will use them next time I’m heading to S.C. - they were great. Especially Mary and Chris- the maintenance man. Thank you

This is the third time we have rented this house, and have booked it again for next year. House is very nice and has tons of room. Pool, jacuzzi and the beach is 50 feet out the back door. What more could you ask for!
The house is in a very nice spot. It feels almost like you have your own private beach.

We’ve stayed at Beach House 305 the past two years, and it’s been great both times! Our kids loved the pool and the view out of the balcony! It’s. A great place to stay. I’d say we will continue to stay there for our beach trips. Garden City Realty was also great to work with, super friendly!

Newly updated large spacious unit. Living room furniture comfortable and in good shape. The decor in the kitchen is very attractive. One downside is the bed in the master is a queen- not a king. Also, the master bath needs a bit if attention. The kitchen is well equipped and made dinners for 6 pretty easy. Loved having a slow cooker and lots of pots and pans. Loved the new check out procedure and key-less lock on the unit. Really enjoyed our stay.
