This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed in this house. It has a wonderful view of the marsh and has a short walk to the beach. The property was cleaned and ready when we arrived. The realty company does a good job keeping you informed about your stay.
We were able to take our 2 dogs and they enjoyed the beach also. I would recommend this property to anyone just don't pick the same week as us for next year cause we will be back.

Conch Baby is a very nice house. Plenty of room for a group of 6 to 10 easily. The view is beyond amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. We celebrated a special anniversary there and the Garden City staff was so nice, they left us an anniversary card! We found the house just as pictured!

Our week in Surf Master 106 was wonderful. We arrived on a Sunday and the room was very clean and cool when we arrived. There were five of us that stayed in this room and we had plenty of room. Our three kids slept on the roll away and the pull out couch. They had no complaints about the beds. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes given for the week. We felt very safe staying at Surf Master. Our kids, ages 15, 12 and 11 would often go up and down the stairs and elevator to the beach and pool. When we make it back to the Myrtle Beach area, we will stay at Surf Master. It was a wonderful place to stay.

The kitchen was stocked with nice pots, pans, cutlery and silverware. The fridge was cold. However, guests are forbidden to turn AC below 70 degrees and I was warm. Also, the blinds in the bedrooms don’t block out light so my kid was awake for the day at 2:53am due to extremely bright porch lights (I had to buy tinfoil and tape to darken the bedrooms; blackout curtains over the blinds would be ideal. The sliding glass door is broken so it doesn’t block out noise from fireworks well and takes two people to lock the door closed. The dishwasher washes dishes but the bottom tray is broken so loading it is very difficult. We had no issues with the bathrooms. Condo was tastefully decorated. New carpet in the living room. Large closets. The swimming pool is in disrepair. Indoor hot tub is blocked with caution tape. I want to end on a good note for room 1511-the closet in hallway is my favorite thing! There is a hanging rack to dry freshly washed swimsuits and wet life jackets. There’s a bench for your beach bag, space for boogie boards (they had a few there already), and floor space for our sandy shoes. A broom and dustpan are on the wall so I could sweep up the sandy hallway each day. Overall great, with room for improvement. I wish I could post the pictures I have. We dined at Sarah J’s, had Painters Homemade ice cream (I recommend the peach), and played putt putt at Adventure Falls which should be completely renovated for summer 2023. Grocery stores and Walmart very close by.

Everything was great but the palm tree at the driveway. Makes it tough to get a larger boat backed into the driveway to use boat ramp also dock needs better lighting. No others issues, really enjoyed the property.

We love this propeety, and have been staying in the same location since 2015. we are always telling our friends about it. I noticed that there is a rate increase for 2021, do not price it too high that it is unaffordable to SENIORS

We have stayed in Surfmaster unit 904 multiple times. It is always a great condo to stay in. We stayed in the condo during October 2016 when hurricane Matthew struck. There was some damage to the unit. It was great to see how the unit had been completely remodeled. This is a great condo. And Garden City Realty is great to deal with.

We have stayed at the Lazy O for 5 summers. Love the porches and the beach. Seems this year that the furniture in the common area sofa etc may need some updating for comfort. Larger coffee mugs, better a/c for downstairs bedroom and washer wouldn't turn
on. Maybe threw a breaker but we were able to fix. We have a deposit on next year so nothing to deter us for another year. We love it and had another wonderful time.

The layout of the house was nice everyone had there own privacy. The only thing I would change would be to add a longer fishing pier on the inlet side with a covered deck. We have already re-booked for next year.

What a peaceful retreat! A large, screened-in front porch overlooking the ocean and the landscaped pool area is the perfect way to relax and enjoy this beautiful setting. The master bed was very comfortable. I really appreciate the linen service. We were provided with plenty of clean towels & wash cloths. The bathrooms were great--no plumbing issues. All appliances in the kitchen were great. My wife and I enjoyed dining at the excellent seafood restaurants in the area. Every convenience you could possibly want is within a few miles.
