We have stayed in 1106 many times. Glad to see the owners have made updates. Loved the reclining sofa. Kitchen is nicely updated with granite and stainless steel appliances. Bed was comfortable. Balcony is very nice. Loved the new rocking chairs on the balcony. Did not use the murphy bed, but it looks like it would be nice. I felt like the unit was not quite as clean as it should have been. The floor was what I noticed most. I was glad I brought my own cleaning products from my home to do some additional cleaning. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would stay in 1106 again.

At this house, you’ll get the phenomenal sunset views of the inlet from your private pool/hot tub/dock plus, following a very short walk, you get all of the additional beauty of Garden City Beach. I really appreciated being removed from the first and second row traffic and noise. The house was immaculate and well appointed. I made most of our meals and felt the kitchen was well stocked. As a coffee-holic, I appreciated the duo Keurig.
There are so many areas to “hang out” in the house that we never felt like we were on top of each other. Each area is well thought out and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious.
The ground level dual showers were a big bonus, too! It was nice keeping the shower clutter off of the main floor. We will definitely rent this property again.

We stayed in this unit in the spring and again in October. The location and size is perfect for a long weekend. We will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay at Surf Master. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The view was amazing and the porch offered the perfect place to take in the sunrise or enjoy the ocean when you are tired of sand. During the day, you lost some privacy due to the proximity to the beach and pool. However, we would definitely stay here again! We loved the spaciousness of the condo and the easy access to the beach. If you are looking for relaxation and convenience, this is your condo!

Great condo, great views. Building and pools/hot tubs were well maintained. The specific unit we stayed in has had some updates but at a minimum the countertops are going to need some attention. The unit was a great size and perfect for our family. Overall the unit was clean but the carpets are dirty and stained and need cleaned.

Had a great time. I was a little worried about renting a house I,ve never seen but it was very nice house. It was an older house but has been remodeled and done so very well ( clean good appearance ). Liked being on the inlet we took the Sea Doo and fun on the water. Beach access was close and made it easy to get to and from the ocean. Overall great time and would rent this house again.

I love being at 117 Beach House. It’s on the first floor oceanfront and I open the blinds each morning and see the ocean there. I miss that.
