Condo has been updated to include new, modern light fixtures, kitchen appliances, and furniture. Beds were very comfortable. View of the ocean was beautiful and pool nicely landscaped. Property was in a great location about 2 miles from the pier.

I was very pleased with the Atalaya Tower and despite the rain the first three days of my vacation, this was by far one of the best trips I have taken. The room was wonderful. Very clean. It was supposed to be ready at 3 pm though but was not ready until 4. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room was ready ahead of schedule,which was great. Our room had a combo lock so we could go directly to the room. The room was probably the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. I feel this was due to using Garden City Realty, who has their own cleaning service. The resort is so convenient...you can sit at the pool deck and still feel like you are on the beach. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas. I took 30 steps from the pool deck to my beach chair. The ocean washed over my feet at high tide! This is definitely one of the best vacations for the books. I will definitely use Garden City Realty again and stay at The Waters Edge!!

Overall great vacation. Condo was clean and comfortable. Owner stopped by for some measurements to do further upgrades on secondary bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen is definitely ready for an update but it was functional and well equipped so no complaints from us. The view of the ocean trumps anything negative you could find. Breathtaking views! Parking and access to beach were a little complicated but it’s probably the best they could do with tight space. One hot tub was under construction while we were there but we never use it anyway so that didn’t put us out at all.

-Pam from Garden City Realty was wonderful! Our initial property was sold and she found us a replacement right away.
-The only negative thing I can say about the property is that we were missing a top sheet on one of the twin beds. As we supplied our own I did not contact the property management but I’m sure they would have provided one if we had asked.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Captain's Walk III 2C. Our condo was beautifully decorated, clean and steps from the ocean and the Garden City pier. It had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. I would suggest room darkening curtains for the master, as even though they were heaby, the lights are always on outside, and our room never got super dark. We did see a few water bugs, but that's something you can't really escape in SC. Overall, I would recommend this condo and I personally would stay here again.

HE 101 was a great choice for our vacation this year. We enjoyed it immensely. The location of the condo was perfect for our needs with great views and accessibility. There was never a wait for an elevator or mad dash to "check in" or unload on the first day like other places we have stayed. Parking was plentiful as well compared to other places as well. The entire building was clean and maintained as one should be. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and would definitely stay here again. My one complaint was that we were unable to find extra light bulbs in the condo and there were quite a few that were burned out, other than that, the place was perfect and we will be returning next year.

Our vacation condo was very nice. There are a couple of concerns that need to be addressed. The main bathroom drain clogged every time someone took a shower, and we couldn’t get the television in the primary bedroom to work. We figured out how to get the tv in the living room to work. Instructions for operation of the televisions would have been helpful. Not a fan of Spectrum Cable, when previously staying at Ocean Cove, Comcast was the cable provider and never had a problem. All these are minor fixes, and we would definitely consider returning to this condo in the future.

It’s been 13 years since I’ve visited the beach and my friends at GCR. I was welcomed with warmth, smiles and they were also able to accommodate an early arrival with zero issues. My condo was clean and ready for my stay. Check in & out were quite seamless. The staff at my condo were also extremely courteous. When I left I felt like I was leaving family. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Garden City Realty!! I had the best time EVER!

The Gause house is our favorite place to stay. The home is full of original beach house charm, with a great view of the ocean from the porch. The bush may need topped at some point but there are mockingbirds that frequent it and entertained us with their lovely songs. We always feel comfortable and at home here. We love this home as if it were our own.
