Overall a very good vacation week. Good beds were a plus. Ice machine a BIG plus. Could have done without the roaches. Obvious an exterminator had been there because they were dead/dying. Just a little unsettling to wake up each morning to several dead on the floors that I had to sweep up.

We had a wonderful time in 303. Will definitely be back next year. Had some problems with outlets in master bedroom, called office and they responded quickly. Had everything fixed by the next morning. Only suggestion to make is maybe add a crock pot for families who cook in. Beautiful place!!! Definitely will be booking again!!!

We had a great time and no major complaints about the house itself, but we would have liked more of a heads up that the King's Tide was coming in and some accommodation for our cars during that time. We didn't receive an email about it until the day after it started. We were incredibly lucky that our vehicles didn't suffer any damages while parked at the house; the water rose so high as to enter our tailpipe. After that, we made sure to park outside of the neighborhood, which was a hassle. Otherwise, we had a nice time and the house was an easy walking distance to the beach.

Note: we were informed by locals that the King's Tide only come in once a quarter, so our specific timing was unlucky. We really just needed more warning beforehand.

First time renting through Garden City Realty - the experience was great. The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and the house was ready, so we didn't have a wait. The location of the house is perfect, it's just a short walk to the beach. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of room.
We did have some issues with the pool - the pump was not working correctly (it would not run) & was in constant need of cleaning - we called & the pool cleaner was there within 5 minutes. They cleaned the pool & it did ok, but the next day same issue. There is a tree on the other side of the fence and that was another part of the problem with keeping the pool clean.
Overall we had a great stay and will definitely rent from Garden City Realty again.

15 golfers came from Salt Lake City to South Myrtle Beach to golf and get a way! Surf Master was a perfect spot for us to centralize. 811 was perfect. Quiet, clean spacious. Beds were perfect for a good nights sleep after a hard day of men’s play! Definitely a keeper. Mary at GCR was easy to work with. Great staff

We had a wonderful relaxing time at Sun Dial 21. All in all the place was great. A little noise from upstairs tenants that came in late at night on their Harley Bikes, but overall we had a wonderful time.

It was lovely to call and make a reservation, friendly on telephone: on arrival I liked the outdoor window key pickup and drop off. Unit was awesome: as described a newly renovated condo, we were updated throughout the trip planning.
