We had a very good experience. We debated for a long time about even going on vacation due to Covid 19 but decided we would. The condo was very nice. The closeness to the beach was fantastic. Everywhere we went people were wearing masks and socially distancing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again.

We stayed 15 nights in OOP201 and we loved it! It was very spacious and so comfortable. The panoramic glass and doors allowed for incredible viewing of the ocean and beach. You could sit anywhere in the living/dining area and enjoy that incredible view! The furniture and beds were unbelievably comfortable which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking necessities and nice, updated appliances which we appreciated since we love to cook. The unit and the property were very clean and very secure. We will definitely be back to stay again at OOP201!

Upon arrival the pool area was left a mess pool floats all over and chairs all over the place we cleaned up the area ourselves, but the grass needed to be cut badly around the pool we got eaten up by some fly's but after a call to the management company a crew was out cutting the grass Monday Morning. The home was very clean beside the air return vent cover that could use a dusting. The furniture in the living room really needs some updating/replacing and the upstairs bedroom the queen mattress needs to be replaced. we really enjoyed our stay at Grammies Playhouse the location is great. We hope to stay again!

THe overall experience was great. The hot tub didn't work but they sent someone out to fix it within 48 hours. Aside from that I had a wonderful time. I will be back next year thanks!

The house was very nice just wish it was some more sitting places (one couch just wasn’t enough) but overall loved this small quaint house.

The location is great. Dining & shopping nearby. Walk across the street to the beach.
Be sure to visit Brookgreen Gardens ... a real South Carolina treasure. A pass is valid for a week.

You will feel secure on Marlin Quay property.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The condo was very nicely updated and spacious enough for our family of 5. We had plenty of room to spread out and not feel too cramped. Nice long balcony where we could sit and watch the waves. Loved having a full sized washer and dryer in the unit to use. Would highly recommend! My family would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
