This house was just perfect. From the location, right on the beach, close to Garden City Pier, to the comfort of the decor. Being one of the oldest houses ( from what i was told) it was in amazing shape. Loved the kitchen and the table. I would recommend this house very highly!

Our room was ready ahead of schedule,which was great. Our room had a combo lock so we could go directly to the room. The room was probably the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. I feel this was due to using Garden City Realty, who has their own cleaning service. The resort is so convenient...you can sit at the pool deck and still feel like you are on the beach. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas. I took 30 steps from the pool deck to my beach chair. The ocean washed over my feet at high tide! This is definitely one of the best vacations for the books. I will definitely use Garden City Realty again and stay at The Waters Edge!!

House is clean and overall nice. Quite a few small maintenance issues. Toilet upstairs is not secured to floor, light fixture on back porch practically rotted out. Hose downstairs leaks. Lots of small stuff, still worth staying there. Rental agency folks amazing, thanks to cleaning staff, I bet they work hard.

I would recommend tinting the door in living room and maybe hanging a ceiling fan in bedroom. Thank God we found a fan in the closet or we would have roasted.

We found Beach House 117 was ideally located in the south (best) area of Myrtle Beach. We had a great, and safe view of "Sandy" as it moved north. Our drive home was the worst part of our stay. See you in 2013. W&D

We love vacationing in the Garden City area. Garden City Realty makes it easy to reserve a place and is quick to respond to any concerns once you arrive. The condo could use some updating. We stay a month and we do a lot of cooking so more pots and pans in the kitchen is needed. I liked having a key code instead of having to keep up with keys. This condo was oceanfront so we enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and we were only a few steps away from the pool, deck and the beach

We rent a beach house every summer. This rental has been by far our favorite!!! We loved the location to the beach, pier, restaurants, and also the park that had so many activities to participate in. The rental itself was very clean and cozy! There was enough seating for everyone at the table and living room. The pool and outdoor space was also a great place to hangout after a long day at the beach or a day in. You won’t regret renting this property!
