Nice location,condo was in very good condition, small problem with one bathroom was fixed same day with one phone call. Unfortunately our stay was shortened by Florence but it was a very pleasant stay for the half week.

We loved the house and the pool. My sons loved fishing off the dock and my daughters and daughters-in-law loved the proximity to the beach. The lot next door was having a new house built and the workers were there at 7 am to begin outside so there was lots of beeping and trucks and equipment in and out until 5:30 pm. But my sons work like that for a living and so we understood and allowed them to park as needed in the driveway or on the sidewalk in front of the house. We were glad to see life going on normally!
Murray’s was just as described and very well stocked. My grandchildren loved the sun room in back. The TVs were not turned on all week. We just cooked and talked and laughed and fished and swam and said our prayers and went to sleep. It was a wonderful trip.

The condo was wonderful. Very nice and perfect for all of the family. Of course, since a Mandatory Evacuation was issued we did not get to enjoy everything we had planned to do. I recommend this Condo. Hate that we had to leave.

This was our second year at Summer Breeze. The location of this home is priceless. Definitely will recommend this rental to anyone. We did run into a few issues this year and one was the same as last yr. Light bulbs. The home is in need of them. Extras should be left in the wash room so guests have access. There was no lighting in the stairway and front door. Multiple lights out. Ceiling fan on deck still has bulb out. It would be great to sit outside at night if there was proper lighting. Dryer doesn't dry. Called maintenance but still not working. Dishwasher sounds like its on it's last leg. Deck furniture needs replacing. Rusted and broken. But even with those few issues the home is just awesome to stay in. We will be back next year for sure.

Love the location and this property in general, since we have stayed here before. Condo was clean and completely supplied with kitchen items. Pool in front of this building (north) was terribly cold and everyone there wished it was heated. We requested a new shower curtain liner, and it was delivered AND installed by housekeeping in minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

We rented After Deck 206 for two weeks. The condo had everything that we needed. The towels and sheets need to be up graded from poor to at the very least very good. The sheets on the king bed were thread bare in several spots and the towels are so very thin.

We have rented through Garden City Realty for the last 4 years. This year we needed to cancel our reservation 6 days into our 2 month trip. Everyone at Garden City Reality was extremely helpful, especially Mary Black. Mary took our calls, responded in a thoughtful manner and assisted us with our trip insurance contacts. Any time we have needed someone from Garden City Reality to help in any way, they are always there!
