The house is in a great location. Really enjoyed access to both sea and inlet. The only issue I had was no remote for the tv. Three remotes that did not work on anything. A few minor issues with house maintance but nothing that interfered with my vacation. Would rent the house again.

We have stayed at Compass Rose for 7 summers. It is our favorite place for many reasons. It has a great screened-in porch view of the beach and beautifully landscaped swimming pool. It is quiet, but at the same time, convenient to attractions, restaurants, and shopping, if that's what you want. My family loves Compass Rose!

Expectations exceeded, thanks for another great season

Thank you! to Garden City Realty Team for another great rental season at the beach. You guys have far exceeded our expectations. As you know, we were using another property management company for the previous several years and were hesitant to change. I now can definitely say, I am glad we switched! Our multiple properties have all had record revenue this year. Revenue is good, but combined with the friendly GCR service, it was FANTASTIC! We really appreciate the special time you gave us as we learned the GCR process. We have really enjoyed getting to know the GCR team both over the phone in our many conversations and it was also fun to meet you guys in person. It was easy to see you guys really enjoy what you are doing each day. We look forward to many more years of partnering together and sincerely thank you for all you do for us and our guests.

Our stay in the Marlin Quay 204 was perfect. The accommodations were very nice, the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed. The mattresses were SO comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the marina with a beautiful view of the sky at back of us. We could watch the grandchildren swimming in the front pool from our balcony. We had only one issue but we managed to work around it. There were four adults and we were only given one key to the condo and gate to parking lot. This meant that if we left in different cars we had to coordinate what time to be back so we all had access. One sweet lady (I'm sorry, I wish I could recall her name) tried to get us a second, even contacted the HOA which promised her they would have an extra key at the office the next day. When I went to get it, it was not there. We did not let this hinder our fun, though. All in all, it was great and the condo was super clean and comfortable.

We had the privilege of staying in this gorgeous home in April for my daughters last spring break in high school. This was our 6th visit to Myrtle Beach and by far the best place we stayed at. Everything we needed was provided. The location was superb. We look forwarding to staying here many many times!
