The location is ideal, the view unbeatable! Really nice that sheets and towels are included in the rental. Overall, the condo was clean, but the carpets could use a steam cleaning. I understand improvements have been made in the last year. I hope future improvements include a new couch, and new master bed. Overall, I would stay here again! Love Garden City, so relaxing. The lady in the rental office was a joy to work with! Email responses were fast, and all questions answered.

Location was the best and condo was clean and well laid out.

The VIP house is perfect for a beach getaway. The living area has ample room for guests and very comfy furniture. Loved the open concept with kitchen and eating too. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 9. Location couldn't have been better either, steps from the beach, and a quick ride to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Beautiful condo, our second time staying here. Love the views, it’s spacious and fits our family well. Only complaint is that the mattresses are very noisy in the room with 2 beds which interferes with everyone’s sleep.. and they could be upgraded to be a little more comfortable. Otherwise, no complaints.

We stayed in this penthouse a couple of years ago before it was refinished, the new look is absolutely phenomenal! It was super clean and beautifully decorated. The appliances and ac could use some help. We were there during a heat wave but it was hard to get our rooms cold. The living room has a great unit but the bedrooms get almost no ac. I would also recommend to bring your own curtains. The sun comes in the windows directly in your face, there was no option of closing a curtain so we were up with the sunrise. There was also problems with the elevators, for three days both elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the 11 flights of stairs. My father is disabled and was t able to leave the room for three days! Garden city reality was nice and professional when I called. They got one elevator fixed but it was always a long wait. (Still better than the stairs.) we talked to an owner of a unit and they said there have been several weeks that the elevators don’t work at all, they will e replaced October 2025 so if you are looking to book before then I would just be aware that you might have to use the stairs. We would have changed our booking if we had known!

The house is very accommodating for the whole family. Great location for boat and easy walk to the beach. Had a problem with the ice machine but rental company was friendly and attempted to get it repaired quickly. Contactless check in & out was very convenient.

The condo was wonderful. Very nice and perfect for all of the family. Of course, since a Mandatory Evacuation was issued we did not get to enjoy everything we had planned to do. I recommend this Condo. Hate that we had to leave.
