Mount Airy

Surf Master Unit 107 is a corner unit with beautiful views of the ocean. The unit is beautifully decorated and bright. It has a fully furnished kitchen and also has beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The balcony is perfect if you don’t choose to go out on the beach sand. The unit is located close to the pool area. Surf Master is conveniently located to everything in the Murrells Inlet area .

Overall we had a great stay but there were some issues. Upon arrival we couldn't get into our unit because the lock was busted. It took over a half hour to get someone there to fix it. The shower in one of the bathrooms had drywall missing. We've stayed at Surf master over the years probably over 20 times. Used to be there was an office onsite for questions, problems etc. They've closed the office and to talk to someone you have to call the number provided. Its extremely impersonal. It's unfortunate that people oriented service is non-existant. Will I come back? Probably.

Our rental was very nice and Garden City Realty staff was very willing to assist with any issues/concerns. The location couldn’t have been better. Our balcony overlooked the marina and my kids loved watching the boats come and go. And being across the street from the ocean wasn’t difficult since there is a public beach access/walkway right across from the property. I didn’t give 5 stars for “general condition” and “overall stay” because our air conditioner unit wasn’t working properly, however several people were sent to look and work on it and also because the water pressure wasn’t the best but again several people came out to work on it. I look toward to our trip next year at the same property!

Love Sea Banks 302! Perfect location! Great screened in porch! Well-equipped! Comfortable beds! No crowds on this part of the beach! I have rented many condos in Garden City...and this is my favorite!

Wonderful stay, description was accurate with regard to layout, amenities, location, etc. Everything was clean and well maintained, we had excellent customer service and the neighbors are great. We would definitely recommend to family or friends and would love to stay again. We had the unfortunate experience of being there through a hurricane and got lots of rain, but neighbors were very supportive and helpful and encouraged us to stay and we are very glad we did. We made the best of it!

We had 16 family members stay at Mariposa and we had a great time! We loved that all 16 of us could sit around the large table for family meals. The beach was fantastic and sitting on the porch and being able to see your family on the beach was great. It was easy to haul beach gear back and forth. The pool was wonderful, even though a little cold for the older folks. But the hot tub did the trick. We didn't realize there was an elevator and that was a blessing for one of our guests. The only suggestion is that we encountered several nails on the wooden steps, walkways or porches that were raised and could hurt someone's foot. We took care of the ones we found. Overall an amazing vacation. We would definitely stay at Mariposa again!
