Came back to Garden City Beach after 15 years. Our home, the view of the marsh, covered dock and pool didn't disappoint. This home is fabulous, owner makes sure all is good and Garden City realty extremely responsive to all questions. Hope we can get this home again when our family decides to return.

this is our 2nd time in Garden City SC and 2nd time in this has everything you can ask for. Great accommodations. Very clean, updated and all I can say it our family loves it here.We did have a issue with the A/C and it was addressed immediately and resolved in a couple of hours. Kudos to Garden City Reality

We just returned from staying at PortofinoIII 321-A in Surfside Beach, SC. We-being grandparents and daughter with her family: Husband and two teenagers. Great wide beach with no undertow-water still somewhat warm even though it was October. Pool still open for use in the complex. Cottage is in a great location with easy access to the beach. We used a rented beach buggy to carry chairs, boards, etc to the beach. Nice to have the ramp next to the cottage. The cottage is very well maintained with almost every thing needed (had to use a cookie sheet for a pizza pan-lol). Nice to have towels, washcloths, etc., furnished. We were able to have the beds made before arrival by calling Garden City Realty and paying a very small fee for the service. Once the AC went out in the night. When we called Garden City Realty the next morning, they had a technician out in a few hours to fix it. Otherwise HVAC worked very well. Furniture, amenities, etc., at the cottage were modern and up to date. Seemed to be recently painted. Need to mentioned that the first floor bedroom has two twin beds. We had been using a east-west beach in NC for years, but too many red flag days recently. I had remembered the MB beaches being somewhat calm, so we looked for a cottage in the Garden City area. Loved it! Walked to Bubba's fish shack for seafood (4 tenths of a mile north of the cottage). Had Hotdogs from Sam's Corner Diner (2 miles south). Enjoyed the beach each day--never a red flag day. Ate on the deck at the cottage for breakfast to enjoy the view and hear the waves. Under cottage parking a little tight for large vehicles, but not an issue. Additional parking in the complex. Hopefully we can return in the late spring of 2022.

Overall the vacation was great. No major issues. If there was one complaint I had it would be parking. If you rent a condo at Carolina Shores II you might not have a place to park at all times and you will get a ticket if you park in the beach access over night. I think this is a real issue with this condo.we will think twice about staying here if it’s a busy time just because of the parking.

Genuine Integrity and Concern

Rarely, have we found a business with such genuine integrity and concern for their clients. For the past two years, they have enthusiastically supported us, by donating linens, commission, and cleaning as we donated a week in our condo to raise money for a (local to us) hospital foundation. Additionally, over the past year, their attentiveness and thoughtfulness have eliminated nearly all of our stress. We have been working hard to update our condo and keep it nice for both renters and ourselves. We had many questions and logistical challenges with this as we are 5 hours away. Through it all, Drew, Dan, and Vicky were so accommodating and helpful. They prioritized meetings with us when we were in town. They brainstormed with us to overcome some challenges. They smoothly facilitated major transitions such as appliance replacement, while keeping guests happy. My family and I affectionately refer to them as the "Dream Team." To say we are impressed with Garden City Realty, would be an understatement. They are great people. We count them as friends and wed be lost without them!!

Overall, this is a good condo. The location cannot be beat, the view is fabulous, and the Management and Maintenance employees were fantastic! There were several maintenance and housekeeping issues that I noticed when we first arrived with this condo: the front door looked a little weathered and the lock was very stiff and difficult to unlock, the sliding glass door handle was broken, the towel bar in the master bathroom was coming out of the wall on one side, some floor tiles are cracked in the master bathroom, the vents were extremely dirty, there were lots of flies in the kitchen ceiling light fixture, the outdoor furniture was filthy, the light carpet was very spotty, especially in the main walkways, and could stand a cleaning and the place needed to be dusted, the entire interior of the condo needs to be painted and the glass coffee table collapsed on one side when we tried moving it to pull out the bed in the couch. Maintenance promptly took care of the cleaning and maintenance problems that we reported (bugs in ceiling light cover, collapsed coffee table and the sliding glass door handle). Overall, this was a good condo and the furniture was comfortable.

We loved staying at Amazing Grace. The walk to the beach was very easy and just a short stroll down the street. The pool was our favorite part, we were in the pool every afternoon. The screened in front porch was perfect for eating breakfast and lunch. We had a great view of the ocean and the sunset over the marsh from the top porch. The house was very comfortable and felt like home. Beds were comfortable and the house was roomy. Very convenient and easy to get to Murrells Inlet from the house. The house was very clean when we arrived and when we had one small issue the Garden City Realty was very responsive and fixed the issue fast. We would definitely stay here again and hope to next year again. It was great that we were able to bring our dog along with us on vacation. House was great and realty company was great.

One Ocean Place has been a good place to stay over the years. The condo we rented was in good shape and all amenities worked great. The furniture and TV were really nice for 4 people. The maintenance guy quickly helped with getting the TV started and the office staff were great to work with. Needs a Queen bed in extra bedroom. We are likely to rent this condo again.
