we were inundated with these black flying bugs..they took over the balcony and stuck to the windows. i think someone sprayed because one day they were gone..but back the next. otherwise, it was a terrific vacation and liked very much the place to stay.

This condo was neat, clean and has an excellent view! Everything that we were promised was true and the weather even cooperated. Make sure you bring field glasses because the Dolphins will swim along the beach and watching from the balcony is a must. If you enjoy a laid back atmosphere, nice beach walks, great local food and relaxation, this is the spot for you! If there is a drawback the cable service is not HD but who wants to watch tv on vacation anyways!

Beautiful, wrap around porch and the rooms were great. Dog friendly with big fenced in backyard. Great location and the porch swing was the best.

My Family and I have rented Sandy Beach (Mystic Tide) for the past 4 years for our annual vacation. We love everything about the house and location. We take our golf cart with us every year and use it to haul all the umbrellas, chairs, etc. to the beach every morning. The house is close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough back to have plenty of peace and quiet. The pool is excellent for taking a dip after being on the beach all day. We look forward to staying at this house for many years to come.

the condo was very nice kitchen well stocked liked the open kitchen area. the weather was great. tile floors were easy to keep clean. I was afraid being on the 10th floor would be a problem but it was actually nice. My only complaint was the heating/ac unit. there was no way to control the temp, called office but no one ever showed up. we learned to control the temp by keeping the door open or closed as needed I like the door lock vs key took a while to memorize the code. My only other complaint it was very dark in the rooms I had to buy a lamp for light when sitting at the side table. could not see well to read or play games. \thank you for a nice place

As always, staying at the Compass Rose was simply wonderful. The ocean was warm, sitting under my umbrella feeling the ocean breeze in my face and hearing the waves, and all of the seafood was just what i needed.

We spent December 17-31 in the Summer Breeze beach house, a total of four adults and one pre-teen. Had a great time. Comfortable and clean with well stocked kitchen.

We stayed at One Ocean Place #602. Ocean front...you can't get a better view- it was amazing. The condo itself was beautiful. It's obvious that the owner takes great pride. May be time to get a new comforter for the master bedroom, it was quite worn but other than that, no complaints! The building itself was in really great shape, plenty of parking and just an all around great place to stay!
