We can hands down say this condo has been one of our absolute favorite stays EVER. Super clean! Wonderful staff available for any questions you may have or items you may need. The property itself is so well taken care of. The layout of the condo is perfect for larger families or just a couple, as we were, to stay. We used the twin bed room as a closet essentially and slept in the master bedroom. We didn't really use the queen size room as we just didn't need it. Having two entrances to the balcony was super convenient. Enough seating for any guests you may have and a reclining lounge chair perfect for tanning right on the balcony. STUNNING VIEWS!! We cannot wait to come back here year after year!

The condo was very well maintained, loved our view. The only thing that I noticed was the towel bar in the master bath was loose, it appears to be pulling out of the drywall. We rebooked for 2024, and can’t wait to return. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay in this very nice condo. Condo was at the end of the hallway, which was nice and quiet. Several complaints that I'd like to see the owner address: 1-Dishwasher doesn't wash dishes well or dry them; had to hand-dry most of the dishes each time before putting away. 2-Refrigerator ice maker doesn't work. GCR provided a separate ice-maker which was appreciated but the ice would melt some in that and then stick together. 3 - Would like to see a few serving pieces of dishes added, like casserole dishes/bowls. Overall a really nice condo and would stay there again! Thanks to the owners for making it very attractive and comfortable!

old school beach house just across the street from the ocean. Huge living room/dining room opens to the kitchen to make one big room perfect for family time. Loved the location and so close to the ocean, pier and everything in Garden City. Highly recommend

Overall this place is nice. We have stayed here for 15 years, with the exception of 1. We did have a few times we had to call maintenance. Twice for the air and once for the dryer. They answered quickly and professional.
