Very nice property in great location. Love having the pool as an option when the ocean is too rough. Condo is nice and generally well equipped. I would love a recliner or something to put feet up on in living room and master BR would benefit from a ceiling fan but those are just "love to haves". I can't stand the TV setup. With no cable I guess it works well for those who like to stream and it has options for that but I want to watch local news for example, and national channels. For a beach vacation this isn't a dealbreaker, I'd mostly be on the beach but it is the one thing I really dislike at this property. Overall though, very happy

The house was great, clean and as advertised. We ended up in the house more than the beach due to the storm, so one small negative for us was the only TVs with streaming capabilities were the master and living room. The other bedrooms had nothing connected. The other small disappointment for our teens was the pool. It’s very small - basically a kiddie pool. Only enough room for a few people. Other than those 2 minuses for us, it was a good place to stay, close to the beach and not too far from the pier. I would recommend this house if our small negatives don’t bother you.

We loved Seacamp. Perfect beach home. Beautifully furnished, well maintained, well stocked kitchen! Loved the covered porch overlooking the ocean, we had a very rainy week so we spent time inside and on the covered porch. The windows were just what we needed to watch the storm! Would rent it again!

Enjoyed our week at Surf Master 711! Beautifully renovated master bath and shower, great kitchen with most everything you need. Does need a new toaster, only has an old toaster oven! Great view off the balcony and nice outdoor furniture! Liked the motorized blinds to keep out the morning sun. Couches in living room were ok, but a couple of comfy recliners would be appreciated! The condo was clean when we arrived. The master closet is jammed full of stuff to use at the beach! But, I had to move all that stuff to hang up our clothes! Not much space to keep the beach cart, except in the hallway! Overall, this was a good experience and we would certainly consider staying here again!

I absolutely love this vacation rental. It's a great mix of being able to relax and there is plenty to do so you can always find something to do.

Great, there was a couple of things that the HVAC company missed, the upstairs ceiling vent was dusting, & this does hurt the HVAC unit. The downstairs mud room commode needs attention, does not reset when flushed. The kitchen sink faucet leaks, but if you adjust handle the water will stop dripping. One of the refrigerator shelves is broken & the bathroom in the bedroom downstairs needs to have a slip resistant insert on the floor of the tub to keep one from getting hurt when stepping inside the tub. Overall unit is acceptable, this is my second time renting the home. I would give an A- rating still a good choice though.

It is a very nice condo!
Unfortunately, we had a tropical storm so we were inside most of our
Vacation. Only thing I would suggest would be to have some board games at the condo for those days. Also, advise people to bring some
Of their own pans to cook in. Some of the ones there are not usable. And
There were no cleaning pads to even try to get the pans clean. Overal, we enjoyed the condo!

My family and I stayed here early August and everything was perfect! Upon arrival we had a small minor issue with one bathroom door handle and maintenance took care of that right away! This property is clean and a lot bigger than we expected. And the location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach! We rented a golf cart to get around places and nothing is too far, which is another plus! We all enjoyed our time here and we will definitely re-book this place!!

The house was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious! We had a toddler with us and were surprised to see how many useful items they had for him to use. There was a high chair, a bath tub, toys, and even gates for the steps. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here for the past three years, and absolutely love staying in this house. It has an amazing pool area, and is a great location for walking across to the beach access. They just updated both bathrooms upstairs.c and added an ice machine. That was a pleasant surprise!
