My only complaint was that the carpet was very dirty. I am sure it is hard to keep carpet clean in a beach rental, but this carpet needed to be replaced. Other than that, the rental was clean and comfortable.

We have stayed at The Beach House for years and years. We always feel like we are "home" when we drive up. The property is clean and well stocked. We love the location because our grandchildren love for us to walk to the arcade and Sam's. And my husband and I love to walk on the Garden City Pier. We always have a GREAT time and never want to leave.

The condo was wonderful-spacious, clean, nice kitchen,(however needs to be "stocked" a little better), hot water was good, mattresses better than most rentals where we have stayed before, and the best balcony ever. Balcony in itself like any other, but the view was fabulous. It was definitely "a view with a condo.




Sunsets and sunrises were awesome. Got some great photos. Besides the
firecrackers every single night, it was basically pretty peaceful. Hopefully that
would not happen all year round, and we realize "tis the season,", and we were

visiting a state that legalizes fireworks-that's probably the biggest reason for all

the firecrackers.
Anyway, we appreciate having a place to have a memorable 4th of July holiday. Thanks to the owners, and Garden City reality.

This was our third annual stay at License to Chill. All 14 of us had a great time. My only request would be to add a bar-b-que so we could cook outdoors near the pool.

Our group has stayed in many different house mostly in the Surfside area. This house was by far the best equipped, best laid out house we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of room for all. The pool was great with some shade and some sun and PLENTY of space all around for hanging out. Hot tub was a nice addition. The beach was very private - at least 200 ft. from the nearest beachgoers from the State park on the left and a stray family here and there for at least a 1/2 mile to the right. VERY quiet neighborhood with little traffic and nice neighbors. Great stay - will be back again.

We've been staying at The Madame since 2003. We hope it continues to be available for many years to come. It is perfect for a small family- great living space. Feels like a welcoming beachhouse instead of a resort.

We had originally planned to stay at another property. When we showed up, the property was not what we had expected. We contacted management and they responded quickly and upgraded our property to Seacamp in Garden City at no extra cost. Seacamp is much more than we could have wished for. Beach front, clean, spacious, new amenities and location. A vaction my family from Ohio will talk about for a long time.

It was laid back relaxing and (cool). It would have been a plus if there had been a picnic table, swing.... underneath. We grilled out but had no where to sit. Otherwise it was and enjoyable week.

Location was perfect. Apartment was very well supplied with accessories (pots, pans, griddle, iron, flatware, dishes, measuring spoons, etc.). Some furnishings were a bit dated and the interior doors would not lock. The location in the complex was great and our stay there was well worth while.

The house was a great vacation place. Lots of room, great location. Out of the mainstream but only a short ride/walk to hwy 17 where we could go anywhere we wanted. Private beach, friendly neighbors.
