WE HAVE RENTED THIS PROPERTY FOR 11 CONSECUTIVE YRS AND THE ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAVE IS THE LAWN AREA AT THE BACK OF THE HOUSE IS COVERED WITH SAND SPURS NOT A GOOD PLAY AREA FOR THE CHILDREN. iT WOULD BE NICE IF THE AREA COULD BE RE-SODDED!

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and I'm glad we spent it at this property. There was a great view of the ocean from the front porch. The beach was just a quick walk across the street. The house was clean and pretty. The only thing I would have liked is an electrical outlet in the bathroom that is off the kitchen. Overall, we loved it.

For a large family reunion type of vacation this house works out great.Plenty of room, perfect size pool, and the location in Inlet Point is the perfect beach location for those that don't like the hustle and bustle of the area closer to the Garden City Pier.

We were very pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the house. One set of sheets did not fit, but when we called a different set of sheets was brought within minutes. Everyone was kind and helpful. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Compass Rose has everything that may family and I love! A great view, a beautiful, well-kept pool,and a terrific screened-in porch. We have stayed there for many years and have reserved is for next summer!

We had such a great time. Our only dissapointment was that it wasn't longer!! Close to the beach. Pool was magnificent. (Could have used a table and more lounge chairs)

Our only complaints were that the elevator broke when we arrived. However, they did tend to it at 8 the next morning and it was good after that. Mechanical things will break, after all. Also, check out time was supposed to be 10 am and yet the cleaning crew was knocking on our door at 9:30. They said they were told to be there at that time. We were packing up still! Overall, we were very pleased with the facility and will be back, hopefully in a few months!!! We would definitely recommend this place.

Excellant location & amenities for our family's vacation. We were celebrating retirements & graduations & made wonderful memories. It was quiet & relaxing but close enough to entertainment & shoppin. I want to return & strongly recommend this facility to others

This house was incredible! There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The home is beautifully decorated and the view off the front porches was breath taking. The kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was the ice maker wasn't working. We loved the house and would definitly recommend it. Hopefully, we will be fortunate enough to stay here again in the future.
