This house has plenty of space if you have a big family. Everything was update and the house was very clean. It is also walking distance to the beach. Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi and plenty chairs outside.
for sitting. I would definitely recommend this house.

OK starting with the pros: the hardwood floors throughout were beautiful. This house is a short walk to the entrance of the pier. The living room doors are huge and open to a deck with 4 rocking chairs and two small tables. We were able to fit four cars under the house and there's a public access right next door; if guests need to move to allow others to leave it is convenient. The living room has plenty of seating with two couches, could maybe use one or two additional chairs. Loved the fact that each of the main bedrooms had their own bathroom. The little Garden City amenity kits were a nice touch, and the laundry machines and dryer were efficient.
Some of the cons: The layout is such though that only one couple will get the grand view of the ocean, the other two bedrooms are pretty tucked away and then the bunk rooms face the road. There were no coat hangers in the primary bedroom closet. You have to make your own bed on arrival – they bag up all the towel sets and all the sheets sets up in plastic and it's kind of a surprise whether or not you get a fresh smelling set of sheets...I had to open various sets from other unoccupied beds before finding some that didn't smell like too badly like old linen that’s been sitting in a closet. Neither the top primary bedroom that faces the ocean nor the living room has curtains so during certain hours of the day the sun just sears inside and there's nowhere to hide- it is BRIGHT. Also sadly, I primarily rented this house because I saw the amazing table with so much seating. We rented over Thanksgiving so we're planning a full-on cooking event for at least a few of the days. The kitchen was laughably stocked – better suited for a frat boy party than a family vacay. No cutting board, only a couple of dull knives, about 10 small pots and no big ones. No frying pan. No roasting pans, no serving bowls. The kitchen had around 100 plates (why?) but barely any cooking implements you would need for a family

This is the 3rd year we've rented this unit for the month of October -- it's like going home! We love the view and the amenities of this condo. The beds are comfy, and the view is fabulous! Thanks for updating the furniture!

We had an issue with the dishwasher and it was handled promptly by the Garden City Realty Staff. Dan is very responsive.

I feel the cleaning staff could do a little better job next to windows and walls (dead bugs), on cupboards above stove (grease from stove), and ceiling fans (dusty). My hope is that it's cleaner next year since the cleaning fee has gone up.

Overall, we love this unit and are already looking forward to next October!

Love this condo 202 Boston Common. The staff is awesome and very polite, prompt, offering services that are beyond and above those described on the rental site! Adam with maintenance was efficient and friendly yet professional, a comforting feeling for sure. Our contact with your realtor yesterday, was very nice, took our comments and questions attentively and responsive. We received our missing linens yesterday, just a few hours after our call! We come for the winter and we are never disappointed! We booked our 6 month stay and the property management company was super helpful! The property is beautiful! It was clean and had everything we needed... just like home! The view was amazing!

Well equipped kitchen for someone that loves to cook. Open living-dining area with great seating. A couple dining chairs in need of strengthening. Carpets would love to have traffic areas cleaned. The condo is light, bright and a happy space to live. Bed comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Keyless lock wouldn’t open on arrival and friendly staff arrived in minutes. Learning to gently pull on the door when entering code was so helpful. Restaurant next door and more very close. Chive Blossom in Pawleys island is a must dine if you enjoy a great experience! Garden City Realty is a win when it come to a great vacation experience!
