This is a very comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo on the ocean. Great views of the beach. Easy to get to attract
Ions in the area if you have a car. The parking area under the condo is small and challenging but the other two parking areas allowed easy parking. We had a lovely, relaxing three days at the beach.

Experience was all good for 5 adults except TV. We were there for Brookgreen Gardens light which were great but back at home at 9 pm or so. Unable to get ANY TV channels except one showing 40 year old Indians Jones movie and another with black & white dragnet-no ballgames could be seen

We come to the area to work thru the winter, the view is amazing! The condo is large (for the area)! It is well maintained! Sticked with everything you will need to cook and clean!

We had a great time, beautiful sunrise and location in Garden City. The leather couch in the living room should be oriented as it makes it impossible to open the windows. It is also quite dated. Quiet condo, we enjoyed the balcony. Smell of cigarette in elevator was not pleasant. The queen size bed is very comfortable. All in all, it's a nice unit with everything you need to make make great holidays.
